"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Amazing cat sitter! Gabrielle took such loving care of my 4 year old cat. She is an attentive, experienced and confident sitter who knows how to build a trusting and friendly rapport with feline friends.
In addition to feeding, watering, littering, Gabrielle also groomed, played and bonded with my cat. Every visit was followed with a summary of how things went along with a gallery of photos. "It has been a pleasure connecting with Anita through Pawshake. At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. "Sonia was the first cat sitter I've ever contacted to take care of my young and shy cat. I was super nervous to leave the cat for the first time for almost a week but Sonia made the experience so smooth! She is experienced, very responsible, punctual, organized, and kind to animals. My skittish cat went from hiding from Sonia (as she does with all strangers) to trusting and even playing a little! She is caring and knowledgeable, she regularly checks on cats eating habits, checks for normal pooping,
And pretty smart in her management and care for the pet from all perpspectives and pays attention to the smallest details for pet's health,

"Farbod was fantastic! This was my first time with him so I was naturally a bit nervous about it, however I was quickly put at ease with the wonderful service and care that was provided by him. Farbod sent multiple photos and videos in order to keep me in the loop as far as visits with my dog. My dog Bronson was in great hands for the entire time I was away.

"I was initially nervous about leaving our cats alone for an extended period, but our experience with Marco and Laura exceeded all expectations.
They took care of our cats as if they were their own, petting them, spoiling them with treats, and playing with them during each visit.
We received tons of lovely pictures, and we even got a wonderful surprise with some physical photos of our cats in our house. It was amazing to come home and find that thoughtful gift.
One of our cats is usually very shy, but she was surprisingly confident around them and even let them brush her. They also went above and beyond by helping us with an issue in our apartment, enabling us to take swift action before it got worse.
Their service is truly exceptional, and we feel confident that we've found the best cat sitters around—they are now officially our cats' godparents!"
