"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Karen was really great watching my kitty for 11 days! She had no issues giving oral medication and sent me daily updates with pictures and videos. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat/the keys to my apartment with Karen. I could also tell that my cat was comfortable too from the updates! I would definitely hire her again :)
