During the week with our two cats he sent detailed reports and tons of pictures, he went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase, even brushing one of our cats when he noticed one of them shedding. He was flexible and open to giving pills when we had to take one of our cats to the vet prior to the cat sitting (our cats ended up not needing any care).
