"It has been a pleasure connecting with Anita through Pawshake. At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. My cats are rescue animals and so they have a lot of special needs and cautiousness around others, and Anita was both confident to take on this care work, and managed to build strong relationship/rapport with my cats in a way that a lot of other cat sitters haven’t been able to. I was thoroughly impressed with Anita and the great care they provide - I both hope to keep connecting with Anita in the future for support and would highly recommend connecting with her. "It was my first time connecting with a sitter for my cats via Pawshake and I am very glad to find Claire. Not only she lives in my area (which is a huge plus), but she is also very attentive and carrying.
My 2 cats are quite shy at first, but I could tell they warmed up to Claire super quickly. After a week of travelling I came home to 2 happy kitties, which means they were very well taken care of. Their litter box was maintained, water refilled and they were spoiled with attention and treats in my absence. Seeing my meows happy and not stressed out took off some of the guilt of leaving them for a week, haha.
All in all, Claire was fantastic at looking after my cats and I will definitely connect with her in future!"

"Fiona simply restored my faith in kindness, integrity and professionalism of people. My cat is 16 years old. He needs little bit more care. Fiona fulfilled not only all my wishes, but even more than I expected. During my vacation, Fiona sent me photos every day about how my cat was doing. "Yasaman did a great job with my pets, plants and packages! it was a stress free week with her looking after everything. I came home to guinea pigs and my crested gecko, all looking happy (as much as a lizard can look happy :)) and her communication was great! I didn't ask for much as I was out of the country without a cell plan and she followed my instructions perfectly. I fully recommend her as a sitter for your pets!"

"I really appreciate Mengzhu's proactive communication with me, checking in with me in advance to confirm plans are still in place. She arrives at the requested times and spends enough time to feed, clean litter, and have a bit of a play or snuggle with our 2 boys. She sends pictures too and let's us know how they are doing, which is reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mengzhu as a caring and reliable pet sitter. "

"Cailey has taken care of my cats twice now and both times I knew they were in excellent hands. They quickly accepted her whereas normally, at least one of my cats hides from new cat sitters. Aside from feeding them and cleaning the litter, she made them feel loved and cared for in my absence. They hardly cared that I was gone. I would highly recommend Cailey if you need an excellent cat sitter! I know my cats can't wait until they get to see her again."

"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Zoei was a saviour to my family during the 2024 holidays. The person who was taking care of my two cats had to travel due to a family emergency and I had to find a cat sitter immediately. I’ve used PAWSHAKE a few years ago and knew there was a chance to find someone I could trust. PAWSHAKE marched my cats and location with a few sitters. Zoei got my attention for her rating, availability and also for her tracked record of responding fast to queries. On top of that she has pet Guinea pigs and I thought that she’s a person one can trust. I contacted her via the PAWSHAKE app, it all worked perfectly. Zoei responded within the hour to my ask and we arranged a quick meeting with my friend who was leaving the next day. They met and Zoei gave a great vibe and my cats liked her because she was gentle and kind. We agreed to the booking and Zoei visited twice a day during six days. Every time she would communicate with me and share photos of my kitties. I returned home to happy and well taken-care-of kitties. Zoei thank you! You are one of the best cat sitters and I recommend you very much. "
