"It has been a pleasure connecting with Anita through Pawshake. At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. My cats are rescue animals and so they have a lot of special needs and cautiousness around others, and Anita was both confident to take on this care work, and managed to build strong relationship/rapport with my cats in a way that a lot of other cat sitters haven’t been able to. I was thoroughly impressed with Anita and the great care they provide - I both hope to keep connecting with Anita in the future for support and would highly recommend connecting with her. "Iulia was an excellent sitter for our 2 cats. She was able to feed, administer medications, and scoop the litter box for them daily with no issues. She sent daily photos to us so we always knew they were doing well. She even played and gave a lot of love to both our cats during the time she was taking care of them. Despite Iulia expressing English wasn’t her first language, we experienced no issues in communication. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!"

"Otto has babysat my cats for years, even before joining Pawshake, and it has always been a fantastic experience. He is consistently caring, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. Whenever I return from a long vacation, my cats are never stressed; it feels as though I’ve only been gone for a few hours. Instead of coming home to two anxious cats, I find a happy household with two content boys excited to see me. During my most recent two-week trip to Europe, Otto kept in touch the entire time, sending adorable photos and regular updates.
I have always felt confident and reassured knowing my home was safe in Otto’s hands. He cares for my home with the same diligence he shows my cats, and I trust both are safe with him.

"Karin is a wondeful catsitter! This is the first time I’ve used her services and I’m so happy to have found her. She kept me completely updated with the “goings-on” of my cat and sent me marvellous photos and captions. "Cailey has taken care of my cats twice now and both times I knew they were in excellent hands. They quickly accepted her whereas normally, at least one of my cats hides from new cat sitters. Aside from feeding them and cleaning the litter, she made them feel loved and cared for in my absence. They hardly cared that I was gone. "I recently had the pleasure of having Dana take care of my cat Kuma while I was away, and she did a fantastic job! Dana made sure he was well-fed, had fresh water, and got lots of love and attention. It was such a relief knowing Kuma was in good hands.
I especially appreciated the many cute photos and updates Dana sent during each visit. It was great to see my cat looking so happy and content. Dana is obviously a true animal lover and it shows in the care she provides.

"Karen was absolutely fabulous from the start! She was very responsive to my chat messages and easy to organize a meet'n'greet before my vacation. My cat Zoey is very temperamental, but on my return I could tell she was well taken care of. Karen sent me photos and video updates everyday to show Zoey was eating and using the litter box. "Cherica was a wonderful pet sitter. She took great care of my 4 cats and even got my shy cat to come out to see her and follow her! "I really appreciate Mengzhu's proactive communication with me, checking in with me in advance to confirm plans are still in place. She arrives at the requested times and spends enough time to feed, clean litter, and have a bit of a play or snuggle with our 2 boys.
