"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Iulia was an excellent sitter for our 2 cats. She was able to feed, administer medications, and scoop the litter box for them daily with no issues. She sent daily photos to us so we always knew they were doing well. She even played and gave a lot of love to both our cats during the time she was taking care of them. Despite Iulia expressing English wasn’t her first language, we experienced no issues in communication. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!"

"Katelyn is the best pet sitter I’ve ever met! She is super easy to communicate and very detail-minded.
She sticks with the time slot strictly (which made her waking up so early) because my cats are pretty time-sensitive. She nailed it and I really appreciated it!
My cats love Katelyn so much. Mao Mao even sat on her lap in which she has never done to anyone except us. Also, when your cats has shown no sign of missing you whatsoever, you can tell how amazing Katelyn is. Animals don’t lie:)
I’d definitely recommend Katelyn if you’re looking for an incredible pet sitter! and I’m sure I will book her again!"

"Amazing cat sitter! Gabrielle took such loving care of my 4 year old cat. She is an attentive, experienced and confident sitter who knows how to build a trusting and friendly rapport with feline friends.

"It has been a pleasure connecting with Anita through Pawshake. At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. "So glad I reached out to Nikita for twice a day visits to feed my 2 cats for the ~2 weeks I was traveling. Easily my best experience thus far on Pawshake. I was impressed with how easily she was able to connect with my usually aloof cats. Nikita left my place super clean and went above and beyond with washing the cat dishes, too. She was able to accommodate some flight cancellations, which resulted in my having to leave early. I was impressed with her treatment of my cats and living space. I highly recommend. "I recently had the pleasure of having Dana take care of my cat Kuma while I was away, and she did a fantastic job! Dana made sure he was well-fed, had fresh water, and got lots of love and attention. It was such a relief knowing Kuma was in good hands.
I especially appreciated the many cute photos and updates Dana sent during each visit. It was great to see my cat looking so happy and content. Dana is obviously a true animal lover and it shows in the care she provides.

"Ahmad took great care of our cats when we were away. He went above and beyond to make our cats feel comfortable and he also made an extra (free) visit to make sure that they are safe. "Maggie and her family cared for my cat Kuma with twice-daily drop-ins for about 10 days, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went! This was the longest I’ve ever been away from him since adopting him, and I was super nervous—but Maggie made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
Her communication was fantastic—she sent me lots of photos and videos with every update, was quick to respond to any questions I had, and even let me know when supplies were running low so I could reorder them while I was away. Kuma is a fluffy guy, and Maggie brushed him regularly, so I came home to no mats or hairballs! She also paid attention to details like his mood, eating habits, and even his litter box, which made me feel like he was in amazing hands.
The best part? I could see Kuma getting more and more comfortable with her in the updates—it was such a relief to know he was happy and well cared for. I’d highly recommend Maggie for drop-in visits and will absolutely be reaching out to her again the next time I need help with Kuma!"
