"Ashley has taken care of our cat Augustine a few times in the past year, and I only have positive words to say.
The communication is excellent from the time I first reach out to her until the last day of the booking.
She takes really good care of Augustine, and sends an update with photos at every visit.
She is very observant and will share with me of Augustine’s behaviour is different than usual.
Since Augustine needs medication daily, cat sitting her can be tricky, but not for Ashley !
We come home to a happy cat, and everything is tidy (pet food containers cleaned, litter cleaned, etc.).
I highly recommend Ashley for cat sitting.
It gives our family peace of mind to be able to count on Ashley when we are away.

"Rachael was the perfect pet sitter for our cat! Our cat is very shy and doesn't usually trust strangers, but Rachael was incredibly patient and loving with her, and managed to lure our cat out of her hiding spot. "Karin is a wondeful catsitter! This is the first time I’ve used her services and I’m so happy to have found her. She kept me completely updated with the “goings-on” of my cat and sent me marvellous photos and captions. It’s so important to feel confident that one’s animal is being properly cared for while being away. I got home and everything was spotless and my cat was happy (and I was happy too!). I can highly recommend Karin as a catsitter. You will have a worry-free vacation. "

"Yichun was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her communication was proactive and on time. She was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our cat, and she went above and beyond taking care of his needs. Her reports were detailed, descriptive, and funny to read. She’d always send us more than enough pictures and videos just to keep us rest assured. We had web cam installed and we could see how she played with him and caressed him as if our cat was one of her own. We returned home with an extra surprise - Yichun left us a card with her greetings to us and our cat and thanked us for the opportunity to get to know him. How lovely is that? We would definitely recommend Yichun to anyone in search of a cat sitter."

"Greg is hands down the best and most knowledgeable pet sitter we've ever had for our cats. He completely understood the medical needs of our 19 year old cat with early stage kidney failure and the various strategies to get him to finish his meds. It was immensely reassuring that he had experience with our cat's medical condition, especially because we would be away for two weeks. While caring for both of our cats, he quickly noted their different personalities and sent us updates, observations and photos which tremendously eased our worry and stress.
