"Andson has done a top notch job of boarding my cats.
First was his responsiveness. Less than two days before going on an extended trip, my expected cat sitter bailed on me. I was left scrambling to find an alternative. Andson was quick to respond, and his demeanour convinced me he would be the right choice. We were super busy preparing for trip, so his ability to come pick up the cats was a bonus.
During the time he has been caring for them, I was surprised by how quickly they warmed up to him, his home, and his own cat (in fact I had no idea how my cats would respond to other kitties, given that they were not around any other cats in the 10 years since they were kittens). He sends photo and video updates and I can see that they are totally doing fine.
I’m still away from home but have full confidence in extending their stay with Andson. Thanks so much!"

"We found Santiago on Pawshake, and from the moment we met him and his wife Carolina, we felt at ease. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable leaving our puppy with them for such a long stay.
We were honestly a bit hesitant about using a boarding facility and really wanted someone who could give her more personalized care. That’s exactly why choosing Santiago felt right. Both he and Carolina took incredible care of our puppy during her stay. Their dog and our puppy ended up becoming best buddies, which made us so happy to see.
They kept us consistently updated on how she was doing, which meant a lot. Knowing she was in a loving home environment allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our vacation without constantly worrying. It was really important to us that she felt like she was with a family, not just being boarded somewhere, and that’s exactly what she got.
When we brought her back home, we were so satisfied and grateful for how well she had been taken care of. We would absolutely book with Santiago again so she can spend time with her new best buddy.
We highly recommend Santiago to anyone looking for personalized, attentive dog sitting while they’re away."

"Minerva is an excellent pet sitter. She looked after my dog very well and sent daily picture updates by email. The dog looked happy and relaxed in her presence and when I picked him up he looked just great! I recommend her as a sitter for any animal you love as she is warm with a gentle spirit"

"Corey has been great with our 10 month old puppy. Pumpkin was a picky eater and Corey went for the extra mile cooking and adding vitamin oil in her food to stay healthy, which I really appreciated. She also tried a few things to make sure Pumpkin was hydrated. Corey took really good care of her, and they seemed to have a great time playing from the photos she sent us. Pumpkin will definitely love to see/stay with Corey again!"
