"Andson has done a top notch job of boarding my cats.
First was his responsiveness. Less than two days before going on an extended trip, my expected cat sitter bailed on me. I was left scrambling to find an alternative. Andson was quick to respond, and his demeanour convinced me he would be the right choice. We were super busy preparing for trip, so his ability to come pick up the cats was a bonus.
During the time he has been caring for them, I was surprised by how quickly they warmed up to him, his home, and his own cat (in fact I had no idea how my cats would respond to other kitties, given that they were not around any other cats in the 10 years since they were kittens). He sends photo and video updates and I can see that they are totally doing fine.
I’m still away from home but have full confidence in extending their stay with Andson. Thanks so much!"

"We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"We found Santiago on Pawshake, and from the moment we met him and his wife Carolina, we felt at ease. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable leaving our puppy with them for such a long stay.
We were honestly a bit hesitant about using a boarding facility and really wanted someone who could give her more personalized care. That’s exactly why choosing Santiago felt right. Both he and Carolina took incredible care of our puppy during her stay. Their dog and our puppy ended up becoming best buddies, which made us so happy to see.
They kept us consistently updated on how she was doing, which meant a lot. Knowing she was in a loving home environment allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our vacation without constantly worrying. It was really important to us that she felt like she was with a family, not just being boarded somewhere, and that’s exactly what she got.
When we brought her back home, we were so satisfied and grateful for how well she had been taken care of. We would absolutely book with Santiago again so she can spend time with her new best buddy.

From the moment we met Harvey and Lizzy, it was clear that they have a genuine passion for animals. They took the time to get to know our dog's personality, routines, and specific needs, which instantly put us at ease. Their warm and friendly demeanor made it easy for us and our dog to feel right at home with them.
Throughout the stay, Harvey and Lizzy kept us updated with regular photos and videos, showing our dog enjoying playtime, walks, and even some cuddles. "Mimi and her crew were fantastic. She sent us updates about our beloved Ellie everyday with pictures and videos of her playing with her lovely pup Sophie and Mimi's family. Ellie was happy, healthy, and well behaved (for her anyways) when we picked her up. She looks a bit sad but excited when I mention Sophie to her... I get the feeling like we just picked up our kid from summer camp. She is kind of happy to be home, but really didn't want to leave lol. Thanks so much Mimi and Sophie!!! "Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."
