She was prompt and clear with her communication when arranging the visits and scheduling meetings, knowledgeable about cat care and medication administration, and detail-oriented in terms of Suki's needs. "Holly was absolutely amazing. She took great care of my cats for the two weeks I was away; she sent me pictures every single day (which I appreciated immensely) she took the time to play with my babies and gave me updates about how things were going.
