She was prompt and clear with her communication when arranging the visits and scheduling meetings, knowledgeable about cat care and medication administration, and detail-oriented in terms of Suki's needs. She took great care of my cats for the two weeks I was away; she sent me pictures every single day (which I appreciated immensely) she took the time to play with my babies and gave me updates about how things were going. "I have had Louise take care of my cat a few times and she has always gone above and beyond for her. My cat is unfortunately not very easy to deal with however Louise has always been very patient and on every visit, sends a nice little note with some pictures and clips which is always appreciated. "We were faced with the dilemma most vacationing cat owners face when traveling. Who do we entrust our pet with while we are gone? Do we disrupt our kitty's life by boarding her in a strange environment or do we leave her at home with someone checking in with her.
Our decision was made easy when we met Zahraa. We contacted her through Pawshake and she came around to our house for a meeting prior to us leaving. We decided to engage her pet visiting services and couldn't have been happier with the results.
Zahraa proved to be reliable, punctual and most importantly genuinely cared for our rather skittish cat. I had no concerns with allowing her access to our house while we were absent as she proved to be trustworthy and her messages with photos of each visit confirmed that she was being conscientious and fulfilling her promises of caring for our cat.
