"Nicholas was exceptional. This was my first trip leaving my little lady cat (3yr old) and my male cat, Jack, of 13 had seen me travel two to three weeks at a time. But they have only been living in this house for a few months. I needed somebody who embraced my cats while keeping the two daily feedings on schedule and the house in order.
Each day I’d receive messages on Signal (chat app) of his morning with my kids. Ani the lady kitty just loved him. Jack required a little more work. But Nicolas asked advice and tried different things and was exceptional all the way. Everyone who was traveling with me was very jealous of just how far Nicolas went each day. He’s just so kind –and loving and caring.
The house was meticulously managed; Nicholas’ management of the littler regime was exceptional. He also ensured Amazon shipments of feed were managed.
On my return I had two very happy kitties – and I know when Nicholas visits next Ani will probably run into his arms.
I’ve traveled many times with sitters ranging from family, friends and neighbors and professional sitters. There is no doubt Nicholas is by far the most exceptional cat sitter one could retain. Words are not enough… but you should meet him, watch him with your pets as I did in the interview and Nicholas will win your heart immediately. Jack actually picked Nicholas out of the interviewees, and I couldn’t be happier.
I will hire Nicholas over and over if he’ll have us!

"Jolie took wonderful care of our two cats over the holidays. She sent us pictures regularly with captions that made my husband and I laugh out loud everytime. She even brought catnip toys for the boys for Christmas! It made our holiday so much more relaxing to know that our kitties were in good hands with Jolie and we came home to healthy, happy cats. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for in home cat sitting and I will be sure to book with her again in the future when we need a cat sitter."

"Marianne was great. I was really nervous handing over my home and pet to a complete stranger, as this was the first time I've used a pet sitter. She didn't hesitate to provide her ID so I could do a Google and get an idea of who she was. Everything she told me in the meet & greet aligned, which put my mind at east.
She came and picked up the keys, then dropped them off after I was home, making the entire process really easy. Reports were sent through the Pawshake app when she visited, so I was confident my cat was in good hands and being taken care of. I came home to my house in the same condition I left it, and my cat was healthy and fed. Marianne also monitored the litter box, adjusting the food as necessary (dealing with a minor constipation issue).
All in all an excellent experience, and I would recommend Marianne to anyone as a cat sitter."

"Michelle is a fantastic cat sitter. Our cat Zen is an elderly old man that takes a lot of pills and is easily stressed out. We came home to a happy boy, very well taken care of.
She’s great at communicating and sent us pictures every time she visited and sent us daily updates. She even watered our plants.
If we ever go out of town again we would book with Michelle again, we highly recommend her!"

"Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"Melissa was a fantastic cat sitter for my two male Ragdolls while I was away for a week! Her communication was outstanding, the best I’ve experienced so far, and she sent lots of videos and photos of the cats during each visit (twice a day). I loved seeing the videos especially because I could see their behaviors and felt connected to them, and I could see they were extremely comfortable with Melissa which eased my stress of being away from them, I was truly able to relax knowing they were in good hands. Melissa was able to administer one of the cats oral liquid medication each morning without any problems which was a huge relief as well. Lastly, I loved how personable Melissa was with our communication, I felt like I was talking to a friend when she was updating me. I will hands down be booking with Melissa again for future trips!! 😻 "

"Taylor is really wonderful! My fur babies took to her immediately! My one cat can be a bit slow to warm and anxious but was completely at ease with Taylor. I am often very anxious about having cat sitters as I have had poor experiences with others in the past. Taylor was very thoughtful in ensuring she did everything they needed and even pivoted when I left the wrong instructions. I felt very at ease having her in my home. It is very apparent how much she loves animals and this shows in how she cares for yours like her own! I will definitely be hiring her again and highly recommend her!!
