She was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our cat, and she went above and beyond taking care of his needs. Her reports were detailed, descriptive, and funny to read. She’d always send us more than enough pictures and videos just to keep us rest assured. We had web cam installed and we could see how she played with him and caressed him as if our cat was one of her own.
