"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

"Jenny was amazing with my Nala. She took such good care of her while we were in vacation. I was little concerned with leaving Nala with anyone because she’s a rescue. "Chrissy looked after our Jasmine (7yr, 65lbs, rescue) for nearly a month over the Christmas period while we travelled to Australia.
She was so wonderful, kept us updated with photos from all their adventures, looked after Jas when she got an upset tummy, and generally loved her and kept her very happy while we were away.
Cannot recommend Chrissy more highly - absolutely perfect for us. 10/10!"

"Lorena was absolutely amazing with my dog Spencer!! I was a little bit worried as Spencer has a little bit of separation anxiety and I always feel bad leaving him if I have to go away on vacation. Lorena answered all my questions, we set up a meet and greet with Spencer and her beautiful pup and they got along so great! She even sent updates with pictures! "Ninja had a great time at Praveen and his family’s care. The whole family of pet lovers!! Their pet Candy has a very calm temperament which made us very comfortable leaving our 4 month old Ninja. Couldn’t have asked for more!! They updated us with lots of videos and pictures which helped us to stay peaceful and happy while we were away!
