"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

"This was our 1st time leaving our dog 'Simba' with Vineela & I must say a BIG 'thank you' to her! We had a total peace of mind during our vacation time, knowing that Simba was in very good hands & we really enjoyed the daily pics / videos from Vineela. She is very experienced with dogs as she herself is a dog owner and their dog Simba was so friendly with our Simba. They had an amazing time together. I was worried about Simba but looking at his pictures and videos I can say that he had a wonderful time with Vineela and her family. She is kind and polite with dogs and dog owners. Her family, husband and son, were equally involved with dog care. Our Simba is really missing you all and your Simba :) I have never seen Simba happy and cheerful while we were away but this time he really was. Thank you so much Vineela and her family :)
I will definitely go back to Vineela for my dog and recommend her if you really want your dog to feel like home and cared.

"Our dog Ozzy stayed for two nights with Amanda and Zak. I couldn’t be happier with how well they took care of him. Ozzy is a special-needs dog and has pretty strong anxiety. This was our first time sending him away overnight. Amanda communicated very well with us prior to the booking to make sure she had as much information as she could to make Ozzy’s stay comfortable. He came home very happy and relaxed. They kept in Great contact with us and it was great to see all the pictures during our trip, seeing what a great time Ozzy was having. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether for a short visit or an overnight. They did everything possible to make his stay as comfortable as they could.
