"We have a 2.5 years old standard poodle and this was the first time in his life that he was spending more than 3 consecutive days outside of our home being looked after by someone different than a family member. Everything went super well, Zhen updated us via the app on a daily basis, sending pictures and a few words to reassure us. Our dog spent a wonderful week at Zhen's farm, getting plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs on a daily basis. Zhen understands dog behaviour and psychology very well and it shows. He took the time to explained to me clearly how his daily routine with the dogs happened, the feeding and play time schedule as well as the relax times throughout the day before taking him in. He is very professional and reassuring. At the end of the 7 days stay with Zhen, my dog was happy to see me and his behaviour at home was exactly the same as before he left which tells me that he had a great time at the farm and was well treated and respected by Zhen and his family.
I highly recommend Zhen's dog boarding services. I have found the perfect dog sitter for my poodle and will use his services in the near future "

"Notre Charlot a été en pension pendant 9 dodos chez Nancy et sa famille, ils ont très bien pris soin de lui. Lorsque je suis allée le chercher, Nancy m’a donné quelques conseils, elle connaît bien les chiens et j’ai une grande confiance en elle. De plus elle lui avait donné un bain, il était tout propre et il sentait bon. Je vous recommande cet pension pour votre chien bien-aimé, il sera bien traité et surtout il ne sera jamais seul.

"Storm is an energetic terrier so she requires exercise to release it. Tristan had cared for her on an overnight stay for the first time. He updates you with pics and brought her out for walks . I feel he genuinely likes animals. It is nice that he has a backyard too for those dogs that like to stay out a little longer. Storm was tired and slept when she got home so he did a great job! Bonus: It's also great that we don't have to go into Montreal for a dog sitter😉"

"Il me manque des mots pour décrire l' excellente disposition de Rachel pour garder mon chien. Il est devenu presque un roi dans sa maison. Elle m'avait envoyé des photos et des vidéos tous les jours et elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Elle a respecté le temps d'adaptation de mon chien et en moins de 24 heures il a été aussi confortable comme chez nous. C'est vraiment une gardienne incroyable et je donnerai 10 étoiles de 5 si ça serait possible. Merci infiniment pour tout Rachel!!!"

"Notre première expérience pour Celeste avec Nathalie et Fredéric et ce fut absolument incroyable. L’attention apportée à notre petite fille était irréprochable. La communication était excellente avec des petites mises à jour qui nous indiquaient comment se passait son séjour dans un nouvel environnement.
Céleste a été prise en charge complètement puis nous savons qu’elle a eu du plaisir avec eux.

"Aurélien and Sandra were perfect Catsitters. Communication with them for organizing. The cat sitting was very fluid and once we dropped off our cat, they kept us updated with daily pictures and videos. Our cat felt at ease with them within a few days and was clearly happy and well taken care throughout his stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Aurélien and Sandra! "

"Hello there, I recently picked up my two cats after leaving them with Maha for a little over a week. I can say, that Maha was a great sitter, very kind and caring with my guys she kept regular communications with me and sent me regular photos of my boys.

"Il n'y a pas de meilleure gardienne de chiens que Anne. C'est la perle des perles! Elle est douce, attentionnée et surtout, elle ADORE les chiens. Elle leur donne tellement d'amour, de câlins et les fait bouger beaucoup : marches quotidiennes et parc à chiens 2 fois par jour lorsque la température le permet. Praline, le chien de Anne, est aussi un compagnon idéal pour nos chiens. Bref, nos chiens passent d'excellents moments en compagne de Anne."
