"Philippe is the greatest cat sitter you could ever find in Richmond. He took care of Manchita, my 12 years old cat, while I was out of the country. He was kind enough to make a pre-visit to meet me and my cat and to ensure he got all special instructions regarding the care of Manchita; she needs medication for her chronical diseases.
Additionally, Philippe shared daily updates including pictures and videos of Manchita so I was sure she was doing well. Philippe made sure Manchita got fresh food everyday and cleaned the sand box properly. He even went an extra mile and spent some quality time petting Manchita.
Also, Philippe made sure to clean Manchita's food recipients and the areas where she usually eats. This was super helpful so I didn't have to take care of immediately cleaning after my return.
I would recommend Philippe to anyone who is looking for a great quality cat sitter service. Philippe loves animals so rest assured he will treat your pet as his own.

"Nadia watched our two male cats over the Easter weekend and did a fantastic job! I never had to check in with her, she always messaged me with updates and photos of how it was going. Normally when we go away the cats snub us when we get home, but they were so affectionate and happy to see us which tells me they felt comfortable while we were away and probably didn’t even notice we were gone. "Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"I was very grateful for her help with my two male cats while I was away for the holidays. She has two male cats as well, so I felt comfortable leaving mine in her care. She was very communicative and let me know about concerns that came up so we could problem-solve quickly. I can tell that my cats were comfortable in her presence and even my more anxious cat warmed up to her after a little while. She sent pictures and videos every day so I knew how my cats were doing.
