"I wish we could give Polina more than five stars - we can’t recommend her highly enough. Neither of our two cats is easy - one requires medication, the other is still a rambunctious kitten, and both are escape artists - but Polina took excellent care of them, and we returned to a happy, relaxed pair of cats (and a cleaner home than we left.) Throughout the week, Polina shared updates on how the cats were doing and she asked about things we hadn’t explained. This is by far the best cat sitting experience we have had, and you should have every confidence having Polina take care of your cats and home."

"Luisa is an awesome young woman. She took extremely good care of our 2 cats and 1 dog. Our dog requires medications 3 times a day and she had no issues administering them. All 3 pets warmed up to her which was amazing. she took great care of our house also.She is a pleasure to be around. I will definitely book her services in the future."

"Satomi is our favourite cat sitter ever! She stayed in our home with our two cats for 10 days and we had not a single worry while we were away. Satomi provided us with photos of both cats daily and even coordinated with a friend of ours to give our senior cat an injection. We returned home to a perfectly clean apartment and two very happy boys. We highly recommend Satomi! Your pets could not be in better hands. "

"Mari clearly loves cats and understands cat behaviour. She picked up on the quirks and preferences of our kitties right away. She went above and beyond in sending updates and curating photos from each day. Our two kittens are a handful and I’m usually very anxious about their care when I’m away but I quickly realized they were in good hands. Mari even left a toy for them because our kitties loved it so much. A+ sitter."

"Trish is an awesome sitter. She had an immediate rapport with our cat Silver, and showed a good understanding of cat body language, and an utmost respect for our cat. Communication was great when we were gone for two weeks. But above all, Trish was our person in Canada to handle the situation when our cat got sick while we were gone (quit eating, quit drinking). This involved liaising with the vet multiple times after another friend was able to take Silver in while Trish was working, going to the vet for meds, administering meds, and generally babying our baby. Plus keeping us up to date at a very stressful time. highly recommended!"

"Ann was amazing! Totally confident in her treatment of my pets, they were very well looked after and safe. Provided me with many updates as I was anxious to leave my fur babies, and I even video chatted with them 😁. Looked after my place very well too, can only say good things!
I have an anxious little dog, and a cat that needs medication, and another cat with dietary requirements, and Ann bonded with them all and gave them lots of love. She was also very conscientious and checked in with anything she wasn't sure about.
Would definitely recommend. "

"We’ve had Kim looking after our cat several times. She has been incredible and did a fantastic job every time we used her house-sitting services. The meet and greet went well, and Kim stayed with our cat twice before our trip.
During the trip, she sent us messages, pictures, and videos. Our cat seemed at ease, and we enjoyed our trip. Kim provided excellent care for our 10-year-old cat, and we came home to a clean house and a happy cat. Her services are highly recommended. "

"Anne Marie just finished looked after our dog for a bit over 2 weeks. She was quick to respond and attentive to our needs as our dog is occasionally leash reactive. "Our family is SO LUCKY to have had Lauren as our dog-sitter while we were away for two weeks.
A great communicator, both before and during the time we were away, Lauren also proved to be the kindest, most thoughtful care-giver for our little rescue pup. Not only did she take meticulous care in following our instructions, she made sure to send us super updates and photos so we had the peace of mind to know our dog was having the best vacation while we were.
Lauren left our place spotlessly clean, even leaving a note and a small welcome-home gift. I can't recommend her enough as a sweet and caring sitter. I hope we have the opportunity to book her again!"

"Danielle was a wonderful pet sitter! We met with Danielle prior as a meet and greet and our dogs were immediately comfortable with her and our little Pepper had to show off all her squeaky toys! While we had challenges opening the app overseas due to poor internet connections Danielle did her best to keep us updated with details and photos; which were so appreciated! Everything was left spotless and our doggies were happy and relaxed upon our return; letting us know they felt at ease with Danielle in our home.
