La communication a été irréprochable, entre des messages réguliers, photos et vidéos envoyées à chaque visite, avec toujours des nouvelles sur la façon dont mon chat vivait mon absence pendant 2 semaines. Sa bienveillance, son écoute et son sérieux m’ont vraiment mise en confiance. On sent immédiatement qu’elle est passionnée par les animaux et qu’elle en prend soin avec beaucoup d’attention.
