"I recently had the pleasure of having Rui take care of my beloved cat, Cucciolotto, while I was away, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, Rui demonstrated a genuine love for animals, which immediately put my mind at ease.
During her stay at my apartment, I was impressed by her responsible and attentive nature. She ensured Cucciolotto received all the love and attention he needed, keeping him engaged and happy in my absence. It was heartwarming to see all the adorable photos and updates she sent me, which showcased their fun-filled days together. Communication with Rui was fantastic—she was always prompt to respond, and I felt well-informed about how Cucciolotto was doing.
When I returned home, I found my apartment in good condition, which speaks volumes about Rui’s professionalism and respect for my space. You can tell she took her role seriously and cared for both Cucciolotto and my home as if they were her own.

"I cannot say enough good things about Safi and how well she cared for my two cats!! She was extremely communicative and responsive throughout her entire stay, sending me pictures of my cats and giving me updates on them, and checking in every time she had to give one of my cats his medication, so that I would have the peace of mind knowing he was taking his pills. She made sure my cats always had food and water available, and stayed on top of cleaning their litter box and sweeping the surrounding areas. She was also very respectful and tidy in my house, leaving it in better condition than when she arrived! I was able to enjoy my trip a lot more knowing Safi was taking great care of my cats! I would definitely recommend her to anybody searching, she was absolutely wonderful :)"

"Florence s‘est occupé de mon chat à mon domicile pendant mon absence. Elle est venue très ponctuellement, m‘a tenue au courant à chaque fois et s’est parfaitement occupé du chat et de la maison. C’est une personne calme, à l’écoute et attentive aux détails, et qui paraît sincèrement soucieuse du bien être des animaux. Elle a été très disponible lorsque je l’ai contacté à la dernière minute. "Estelle et Ryan ont été parfaits avec notre golden et notre chat. On aurait pas pu mieux tomber pour partir en vacances sans aucun stress, en étant très confiants. Cetait la première fois que nous faisons appel à des gardiens sur ce site, nous avons été également gardien sur Pawshake.
