"Luisa is an excellent cat sitter and clearly cared for our pets extremely well while we were away.
Our cats can be fussy and avoid strangers, but Luisa still won them over with her gentle approach and determination. They clearly loved her and were very relaxed cats when we came home again. Also plenty of photos and daily updates kept us informed and there were always prompt questions from Luisa about any issues that came up.

We met with a few cat sitters and after meeting with Angie we knew she was the right person right away. We made a great decision and we had peace on mind throughout the whole vacation. "I am a first time cat owner. My 2yo rescue cats are very shy/nervous around new people. I thought I need to get them used to strangers, so when I go out of town/country, they can survive! I was very fortunate to find Shiori. She is very caring & experienced cat sitter. She knows what to do/not-to-do with shy cats. She comes to see my cats when I am at work for now. "Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies.
