Hi, we’re Vanessa & Gerry!
We’re a Canadian-Mexican couple who have been pet sitting since 2018. Over the years, we’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to calm seniors. We know that dogs are more than pets—they’re family. That’s why we treat every pup in our care with love, patience, and plenty of affection.

We’re experienced with administering medications (oral and eye drops), and we genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs—going for walks, playing, cuddling, or offering calming belly rubs. Our goal is to make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and right at home while you're away.

We live in Ville-Marie between Old Montreal and the Village, we have easy access to scenic parks, tree-lined paths along the canal, a quiet shared courtyard, and a dog park nearby (for dogs who enjoy social time). Whether your dog loves long strolls or simply lounging in the sun, we make sure their stay suits their personality.

🐾 Important Note: All dogs must be leash trained and used to doing their business outside while on walks. We don’t allow dogs to pee or poo on our balcony or in the shared courtyard. We take them to nearby green spaces for all potty breaks.

At home, dogs are welcome on the couch and can sleep in the bedroom if they like staying close. We don’t allow dogs to sleep in our bed, as it’s quite high and we prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort.

Gerry works from home, and Vanessa has a hybrid schedule, so your dog will get attention throughout the day. We do ask that they’re comfortable being alone for short periods while we run errands.

Bonus: If their stay lines up with a trip to our family cottage in the Laurentians, your dog gets a weekend retreat—forest, open space, and a lake to explore!
