Hi, I’m Paul! I’m a Teaching Assistant and the CTO of Zleni Robotics, an Ontario startup building robots that take over laundry work in senior living and long-term care homes, so staff have more time for residents. I’ve always dreamed of having a pet of my own, but my living situation doesn’t allow for one full-time. So I spend my free time doing what I love: caring for other people’s animals. My most recent hands-on experience is looking after my landlord’s three black cats: two adults and a very energetic kitten. I handled their feeding, fresh water, litter boxes, and playtime, and I learned how different each cat’s personality and routine can be. I also have experience with dogs, which I absolutely love, and I’m comfortable caring for birds and other small animals. As a TA and engineer, I’m organized, reliable, and good at following instructions to the letter. Feeding schedules, medication, and house rules will be done exactly as you ask, and I’ll send photo updates after every visit. What I offer: Drop-in visits (30 or 60 min): feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, cage or habitat care, playtime and cuddles, plus a quick check of your home. Dog walking (30 or 60 min): a walk at your dog’s pace, fresh water, and a towel-off for muddy paws. House sitting: I care for your pets in your own home, keeping their routine as normal as possible. Pets I care for: Cats of all ages, dogs, birds, and small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs. Practical details: I don’t board pets in my home, so all care happens at yours.
