I grew up in a family home surrounded furry friends. There are 4 family dogs (American bully, thai mixed breed, spitz, teacup chihuahua/pomeranian mix) and I have been involved with their care for around 14 years total. My dogs are now older (6m, 8y, 14y, 16y) and so I have experience looking after dogs of varying energy levels from puppies to senior dogs. I can comfortably provide oral medication to your dogs if that is a part of their routine. I have also attended to some exotic pets such as hedgehogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, fresh water fish, turtles and sugar gliders. 

Currently, I live in a pet-friendly apartment with my sister and we do not have any pets yet. There is an off-leash dog park steps away from my place that I can take your dog to play at (University District off-leash dog park). Moving away from my hometown for university and work thus being apart from my family dogs have made me miss pet interactions immensely, I would love to get some animal interactions with your furry friends! 

This past year, I have spent many hours volunteering at the dog shelter for BC SPCA and was tasked with kennel cleaning, dog walking, dog socialization, enrichment, and feeding (as well as providing medicated foods for certain dogs). 

I also have pet-sitting experiences. I cat-sat and bunny-sat for friends and coworkers during long weekends and holidays over 1 week long (such as Christmas-New Year break).
