📝 Before We Book

Before confirming a booking, I’ll send you a short intake form so I can learn more about your dog and make sure I’m prepared to provide the best care possible.

The form helps me understand things such as:

• Your name and preferred way to contact you
• Your dog’s name, size, personality, and age
• Your preferred walking location
• Your preferred date, time, and walk duration
• Your dog’s usual walking routine
• Commands your dog knows
• Allergies or dietary needs
• How your dog behaves around other dogs and animals
• How your dog behaves around strangers
• Any behaviours I should be aware of, such as shyness, reactivity, jumping, pulling, running off, or protective behaviour
• Any history of aggression toward people or animals
• Your dog’s favorite toys and activities
• Anything else you feel I should know to help your dog feel safe and comfortable

This allows me to better understand your dog before our first walk and make sure their needs are properly supported.
