"We are super satisfied with the service offered by Rui. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation peacefully knowing that our cat Oscar was in good hands.
She took great care of him and took great care to follow all our instructions for his food and medications. She even knew how to find a solution for Oscar to take his pill every day even though it's difficult to give him even for us.
We also had regular news (morning and evening) and lots of photos. Rui was also available throughout the day if we had any questions.
In addition to taking great care of Oscar, she took good care of our appartment and it's a pleasure to return from a trip to a clean house.
We have nothing but compliments to say about Rui's service and will definitely recommend her to our loved ones. We will also do business with her for our next vacation with pleasure."

"Une perle ! 🌟
Je recommande chaleureusement Virginie pour la garde de vos animaux. Elle a pris soin de notre ménagerie pendant 10 jours lors de notre dernier voyage, s'occupant à merveille de nos trois chiens et de nos deux oiseaux à domicile.
Elle a sorti les oiseaux régulièrement, bien joué avec nos petites chiennes, promené notre labrador avec assiduité et a même dû lui appliquer un onguent trois fois par jour dans les yeux car elle a développé une infection la veille de notre départ...
Nos animaux ont reçu toute l’attention et l’affection dont ils avaient besoin, et nous avons eu des nouvelles et des photos régulièrement, ce qui nous a permis de partir l’esprit tranquille. À notre retour, la maison était impeccable.
Fiable, douce et attentionnée, Virginie est une vraie perle. Nous ferons sans hésiter appel à elle pour nos prochaines absences. Je recommande à 200 % !"

"I cannot say enough good things about Safi and how well she cared for my two cats!! She was extremely communicative and responsive throughout her entire stay, sending me pictures of my cats and giving me updates on them, and checking in every time she had to give one of my cats his medication, so that I would have the peace of mind knowing he was taking his pills. She made sure my cats always had food and water available, and stayed on top of cleaning their litter box and sweeping the surrounding areas. She was also very respectful and tidy in my house, leaving it in better condition than when she arrived! I was able to enjoy my trip a lot more knowing Safi was taking great care of my cats! I would definitely recommend her to anybody searching, she was absolutely wonderful :)"

"Amélie s'est occupé avec amour de mon petit chien. Elle a été une gardienne conscencieuse, a toujours pensé à son bien-être. "Samantha a été très douce avec mes deux petits monstres (un lapin et une perruche). Elle a résidé chez moi pendant une semaine, ce qui était l'option qui me rassurait le plus, et tout était nickel à mon retour. J'ai reçu des nouvelles quotidiennement, avec photos et vidéos. Mon lapin a été malade malheureusement (ce sont des choses qui arrivent avec ces petites bêtes...), elle m'a tout de suite prévenue, tenue au courant et bien suivi mes instructions. Encore merci !"

"Noémi est une gardienne d'animaux formidable, elle s'est occupée de notre chat et de notre chien pendant nos vacances, et elle a séjourné chez nous pendant 10 jours. Elle est restée en contact tout le temps et nous a envoyé des photos. Elle a sorti notre chien pour ses promenades comme convenu, sans aucun problème. Nous recommandons vraiment Noémi pour prendre soin de vos animaux ! Si nous partons à nouveau, nous la contacterons certainement car nous étions très contents d'elle. "We had the pleasure of having Diana take care of our French Bulldog puppy and our cat for two weeks while we were away. From the start, Diana was reliable, caring, and attentive to their needs. She kept us regularly updated with photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our trip.
Our puppy can be a handful, but Diana handled everything with patience and love. Our cat also warmed up to her quickly. We came home to happy, well cared for pets and a tidy home.
