"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

"Michelle was absolutely amazing with my dogs!
From the moment we met, she welcomed them so kindly as she got down at their level to put them at ease and gain their trust. Within a few minutes I immediately felt confident that they would be in excellent hands. Michelle far exceeded my expectations.
My dogs were happy, comfortable and clearly had the best time, especially on their daily outings. They were treated as though they were right at home. I have boarded my dogs before, but nothing compares to the care and attention Michelle gave them. It is clear that Michelle loves what she does.
I highly recommend her. Michelle is now the only person I will trust to care for my dogs going forward. Thank you so much, Michelle!"

I messaged Cameron and Nina a day before we needed boarding and they replied instantly! Even though I was an short notice they still managed to fit us in and provide us with an amazing experience 😀
Both Nina and Cameron are super friendly, highly responsible and responsive, attentive to details and just kind people who love animals. Even though our dog is really energetic they managed to give it enough exercise and attention 🥰 We also enjoyed lots of photos and descriptions their daily routine, which made us feel assured and confident about our dog’s wellness. Chaque jour, je recevais des mises à jour avec des photos et même des montages mignons de ma chienne, ce qui montre à quel point elle est attentionnée et soucieuse du bien-être des animaux.
Sarah a pris soin de ma chienne, Molly, comme si c’était la sienne. Elle a su subvenir à tous ses besoins avec professionnalisme et une grande expérience. "My dog had an unexpected surgery on his ear before we had to leave for vacation. His usual large facility boarder would not accept him while I was away on vacation. Thankfully Aditti had space and was willing to care for him while I was away and ensure he had the care he needed while his ear healed. She went above and beyond. My dog is also very anxious, but he took to her right away. I will be using her again in the future. "

"This was my first time using pet sitter and we left our 1yr old cat Oreo with Zoei. It was the best decision ever. She sent me pics and videos of Oreo everyday and kept us updated regarding his daily activities. She took great care of him, played with him, helped him with some exercise too.

"I was fortunate to have Sandra taking care of my puppy when I was out of town. Before and when I dropped my 11-weeks old puppy, Papaw, at her place, Sandra asked thorough questions about Papaw, giving me an impression of her responsible and reliable characters as a dog sitter. Sandra has mentioned that she's had ample experience in dog sitting and even some in dog training- the combination of which is the main reason that I chose her-and I can speak for myself that what she claimed is true, if not underrated. Usually Papaw is a little shy and reserved, or maybe afraid when meeting new people. Surprisingly, he got along with Sandra very well. I've seen videos and pictures of them playing and going to the parks together, and it was stunning to me to see that happening so soon.
There's one more thing that I have to mention and give credit to Sandra. Papaw couldn't sleep on his own before he stayed with Sandra, which is normal for puppies and I don't expect him to change in a sudden. However, despite Papaw stayed with Sandra for just 2 nights, he was able to quietly and clamly sleep in his bed when he got back home. This is a lifesaver for us because we don't have to wake up many times in the middle of the night to comfort him anymore. But I don't think Papaw's transition happened for no reason. It must be the love and sense of safety that Sandra has brought to Papaw, who has kept that memory since he left, that has calmed him down whenever he feels scared.
My words aren't enough for describing how wonderful and trustful that Sandra is as a dog sitter. So I would recommend go book a sitting with Sandra and let your puppy speak for Sandra. "
