"Very lucky to find Karen, caring, conscientious, and resourceful sitter, who has a special touch with animals. Karen took our cat Leo to her home for 3 weeks, and made him feel welcome. Leo is not an easy cat to deal with but when we picked Leo up, he was comfortable in her arms and happy to be cuddled. In addition to great care, Karen was documenting Leo's stay and sent us pictures, so we we would know that he is well. As Leo has tendency to overeat, his meal sizes were kept same as they are at home. When we go for vacation, we will call Karen again, and highly recommend her service.

"Palupi was such a great dog sitter for our two dogs! She is kind, sweet, and clearly loves dogs and animals so much. We are from Edmonton but were coming to Calgary for the weekend of my sisters wedding, so we decided to try a pet sitter for the two days. It was the best experience we've ever had for our dogs! Within the first hour of dropping them off, Palupi had sent us a photo of both our dogs showing that they were settling in which put my heart and mind at ease immediately. Throughout the two days she kept us updated with pictures, and a message after the first night letting us know how they did. (Which they did great overnight, they ended up sleeping in bed with her and her dog as they like to do at home too lol.) Her pictures included them eating together, going for many walks, playing, sleeping in her bed, and them sleeping on her couch listening to the meditation music she had put on for them haha :).
I love my dogs and don't leave them often, it was so nice and assuring to receive her pictures and updates. It truly let us enjoy my sisters wedding to the fullest knowing they were in such great hands. They came back happy and well cared for, I would trust leaving my dogs with Palupi again anytime!"

"This is the second time Claudia had cat sat Maximus but this time he cat boarded at her place. Claudia is exceptionally friendly and professional and knows cats very well. Her place is very friendly for cats including shy and fussy cats like my Maximus. We were given daily updates and she kept us aware of how he was settling in. Maximus settled into her place and when I came to pick him up after 5 days, he was comfortably snoozing on her bed! When we were saying bye Maximus didn’t forget to boop her too, telling us that he had a great time with her too. She is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had and I know I’ll always come to her next time we’re away! "

From the moment we met Harvey and Lizzy, it was clear that they have a genuine passion for animals. They took the time to get to know our dog's personality, routines, and specific needs, which instantly put us at ease. Their warm and friendly demeanor made it easy for us and our dog to feel right at home with them.
Throughout the stay, Harvey and Lizzy kept us updated with regular photos and videos, showing our dog enjoying playtime, walks, and even some cuddles. It was evident that our dog was having a fantastic time and was being showered with affection. These updates provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away without any worries.
What really impressed us was the level of care and attention to detail that Harvey and Lizzy provided. They provided plenty of exercise and cuddles, even indulging our dog's love for belly rubs. Our dog was well brushed and groomed when he came home. It was clear they treated our dog as if they were their own, and we truly appreciate the love and care they provided.

"We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"Mimi and her crew were fantastic. She sent us updates about our beloved Ellie everyday with pictures and videos of her playing with her lovely pup Sophie and Mimi's family. Ellie was happy, healthy, and well behaved (for her anyways) when we picked her up. She looks a bit sad but excited when I mention Sophie to her... I get the feeling like we just picked up our kid from summer camp. She is kind of happy to be home, but really didn't want to leave lol. Thanks so much Mimi and Sophie!!! "Paola is my perfect dog sitter! My dog Nana is a little pomeranian, because of her breed and personality, she is shy, sensitive, and sometimes difficult to handle. "Laura and her partner Kevin were the loveliest of dog sitters! Our 4-year old rescue blend stayed with them for 8 happy, cozy days while Laura regularly sent updates and photos of our girl not missing us at all. Laura was a terrific, responsive communicator and a very thoughtful, flexible, and competent caregiver. I hope we have the good fortune to have her stay with them again when next we're on the road. "My experience with Nadia was excellent and fantastic. She was calm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating as well as professional. Because my daughter's puppy has a bit of separation anxiety and was on heat. Nadia was in touch with me and kindly sent me photos of Nala while we were on vacation. It was Nala's first time being away for three days so I was afraid of her being very anxious and upset when I was picking her up from Nadia's place, instead, I saw a very calm, happy, and clean puppy when I saw her in leash with Nadia. Now I am happy for knowing a professional who can give very good and care to our puppy next time we need someone to take care of our dog."

"Rick watched my dog while I was away for a few weeks. Communication during my dogs stay with him was great. He send updates with pictures at least every other day and followed all the instructions regarding food and everything.
My dog can be quite shy but it seems like she felt right at home and enjoyed her stay with Rick.
In the future I will definitely use Ricks pet sitting services again and I can definitely recommend him."

"Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."
