"We left our French Bulldog, Diesel, with Silvana for two weeks while we were away in Mexico, and we couldnât have asked for a better experience. Leaving a pet for that long can be stressful, but Silvana completely put our minds at ease.
âShe was incredibly attentive, responsible, and showered Diesel with love and care. We received regular updates, which we absolutely loved and looked forward to while we were away. Diesel was so happy, healthy, and well-cared for when we returned. Silvana is a true professional and an absolute natural with dogs. "I am very happy with the service and care Andrea and Sergio provided for my dog. I got frequent updates with pictures and videos and even a little gift at the end of my dogs stay with them. The possibility to have a pick up and drop off at my place was perfect and very convenient. Definitely a 10/10 and I can absolutely recommend them."

"We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."
