"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

"Michelle was absolutely amazing with my dogs!
From the moment we met, she welcomed them so kindly as she got down at their level to put them at ease and gain their trust. Within a few minutes I immediately felt confident that they would be in excellent hands. Michelle far exceeded my expectations.
My dogs were happy, comfortable and clearly had the best time, especially on their daily outings. They were treated as though they were right at home. I have boarded my dogs before, but nothing compares to the care and attention Michelle gave them. It is clear that Michelle loves what she does.
I highly recommend her. Michelle is now the only person I will trust to care for my dogs going forward. Thank you so much, Michelle!"

"I had a wonderful experience with dog sitter, Pooja. I booked for 5 days dog boarding with her for my dog, Avery. She took excellent care of Avery and treated her like family. We received regular updates, picture & videos, which gave me complete peace of mind while i was away. My Avery came home happy & relaxed. "Great experience, Akihito and Yuliia looked after my beloved dog while we were away on vacations for 3 weeks - daily pictures, good feedback. They took good care of my dog, daily walks and good attention to my furry friend. Location is great, also so close to the beach that i could see the pictures of my dog having his walks on the Woodbine beach. Highly recommend."

I messaged Cameron and Nina a day before we needed boarding and they replied instantly! Even though I was an short notice they still managed to fit us in and provide us with an amazing experience 😀
Both Nina and Cameron are super friendly, highly responsible and responsive, attentive to details and just kind people who love animals. Even though our dog is really energetic they managed to give it enough exercise and attention 🥰 We also enjoyed lots of photos and descriptions their daily routine, which made us feel assured and confident about our dog’s wellness. Très assidue et réactive, elle a toujours répondu rapidement à mes messages et m’a tenue informée tout au long de la garde. Chaque jour, je recevais des mises à jour avec des photos et même des montages mignons de ma chienne, ce qui montre à quel point elle est attentionnée et soucieuse du bien-être des animaux.
Sarah a pris soin de ma chienne, Molly, comme si c’était la sienne. Elle a su subvenir à tous ses besoins avec professionnalisme et une grande expérience. Fiable et dévouée, elle a su instaurer une relation de confiance, et j’ai été complètement rassurée de confier ma compagne à quatre pattes entre ses mains pour le temps des fêtes!

"Sandy has looked after my pet for 3 weeks and this is his 2nd time she has cared for my Labrador Retriever. She sends us daily photos and my fur baby is clearly enjoying her company. Upon picking up my dog from her home, my dog exhibits mixed emotions- happiness at seeing us and sadness at leaving Sandy’s place. It was clear that she provided excellent care, as our pet showed no signs of hunger or thirsty upon our return home.
