"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the care our dog received during his stay with Iullia. From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. She kept me updated consistently, sending pictures every day to show how our dog was doing. It was so reassuring to see how comfortable and happy our dog was, which truly eased my mind while we were away. Iullia was also very responsive to any questions I had and made sure to provide updates, which I really appreciated. It's clear that she genuinely care about the pets she looks after. "Great experience, Akihito and Yuliia looked after my beloved dog while we were away on vacations for 3 weeks - daily pictures, good feedback. They took good care of my dog, daily walks and good attention to my furry friend. Location is great, also so close to the beach that i could see the pictures of my dog having his walks on the Woodbine beach. Highly recommend."

"Alina is super sweet and understanding. Milli loved staying with her! ❤️ Her space is very clean and well kept. She even gave Milli a bath! She sent me photos continuously throughout the day to check in with me, and they were the cutest photos I’ve ever seen. "Goli gave exceptional service. I left my two 1 year old cats in her care for 2 a half weeks while out of the country. This was their first time away from home and with one of my cats being very anxious, I was very worried. However, Goli updated me very frequently with many pictures and videos. She let me know as soon as my anxious cat was out of her shell and finally comfortable, which gave me so much ease. She is very knowledgeable on cats and knows what they need! She is extremely communicative & is always ready to answer any questions. I was also impressed by how organized and detail oriented she was with instructions about drop off and pick up. Making the process very simple. Overall, I would highly recommend Goli for your pet sitting and pet boarding needs! She will treat your fur babies like one of her own! :) "

Chaque jour, je recevais des mises à jour avec des photos et même des montages mignons de ma chienne, ce qui montre à quel point elle est attentionnée et soucieuse du bien-être des animaux.
Sarah a pris soin de ma chienne, Molly, comme si c’était la sienne. Elle a su subvenir à tous ses besoins avec professionnalisme et une grande expérience. Fiable et dévouée, elle a su instaurer une relation de confiance, et j’ai été complètement rassurée de confier ma compagne à quatre pattes entre ses mains pour le temps des fêtes!

"I left my dog, Tadah, with Hedi for 2 nights and 3 days, and it turned out to be such a reassuring experience. Hedi kept me updated with photos from their walks and communicated clearly about even the little things, which made me feel completely at ease. It was clear she knows how to handle dogs with calmness and care, and that gave me a lot of confidence—especially since it was our first time.
Tadah seemed happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout the stay. I could really tell he felt comfortable with Hedi. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her again in the future.

"This past October Tatiana dogsat our 8 year old mini golden doodle Eevee for 4 nights. Tatiana was so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure Eevee was comfortable with her as Eevee can be shy with stangers.
