I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible.I could take your pet for a walk or staying at your house when you are on holiday. I could feed them and give them medications without any problem since I am used to deal with unhealthy pets :( I could involve the pet in activities like obedience (especially for high energy pets) or just chill on the couch with older pups. I can easily match with your pet energy and make his/hers needs my top priority !I like to stay at home during weekends so it could be just me, your pets and some good snuggles!

Since I attended many International Red Cross trainings I am perfectly comfortable with first aid procedures and I can easily handle needy animals suffering from health issues.
Me and my husband have at the moment a senior German Shepherd, former service dog for the Fire Fighters corps. Our angel has been trained for years by my husband and me so dog training is something I could absolutely do if asked.

Grooming, Feeding, Cooking, Walking, Basic Training, Playing and administering basic medication - these are things I pride myself on being good with our four-legged friends. My experience stems from raising 15 dogs myself back in my home country, which includes 8 German Shepherds and 2 Pomeranians apart from the others. I have also adopted 5 other dogs who I have cared for since they were puppies as well. I'd like to say, I know the habits of quite a varied range of breeds.

My partner and I have flexible work-from-home jobs, so depending on if we have rover pets over we work from home or head to the office. We prefer to be home and not leave your pets at home alone in a new environment even if it is just for a bit, as we know how stressful it can be. We’d only accept a booking if we can be present throughout their stay 
Although have not professionally before - I am looking to pursue professional experience in dog training, grooming and care as a new career choice and this would be a stepping stone into it.&nbsp;

We live in Rockliffe - the most dog-friendly neighbourhood in Ottawa! With many parks and two off-leash fenced parks as well in the area, there is no shortage of fun walks or socializing opportunities for your pet depending on their personality! We live in an apartment but have built the space in our home to keep it open concept and have a nice big ( safely fenced ) balcony as well, where a lot of our pet guests loved lazing in amongst our many many pet-safe plants 

Our apartment has easily and comfortably accommodated 2 dogs, and we would not board more than 2 at a time for their comfort. Giving your pet much-deserved attention while you are away is our priority.

We are very active folks so your pets are guaranteed walks/visits to parks depending on their energy levels and social skills.

What information is important to know about your pet ahead of time?

1) How social is your dog? Do they get along with other dogs and cats?
2) Any specific feeding instructions?
3) Is your pet comfortable at home alone for small stretches of time? If so, for how long?
4) What is your dog's idea of good fun - out in the park, playing fetch, or any specific trick/game?

I've been hopelessly obsessed with animals my whole life! I've never lived without dogs or cats, and never would!I offer dog walking and regular check-ins with dogs and other animals! I'll happily spend time cuddling and entertaining them on visits that can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your needs and our agreement. My availability is open in the daytime and most early evenings, other than Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekends are open but subject to changes every once in a while!For close to a year I was an associate manager and pet care specialist at the PetSmart Petshotel. There I took all of my love and personal experience with dogs and cats and added industry training in things like behaviour assessment, lead training, comforting dogs in new environments, minor grooming, and more. The biggest thing I took away from that job was learning how to earn the trust of certain dogs that were particularly standoffish, or dogs that had a hard time trusting men because of traumatic pasts. I had amazing and affirming personal successes with dogs that tended to not trust any men besides me. A black lab named Lola and a mini poodle named Pearl were my biggest successes. I adored them both and, in the end, we were inseparable!I've dog sat and dog walked for friends, family, colleagues, and distant connections my whole life. I love spending time with animals, and now that I work in my actual field (communications) I don't get to see them in droves day in and day out the way I use to. And I miss them! My baby is an 12-year-old calico named Dany (short for Daenerys). I rescued her 8 years ago and I am hopelessly in love with the fluffy, chatty little nugget. Her favourite show is Pingu! J'aime passer mon temps avec les animaux, et ma satisfaction est quand je sauve des animaux sauvages, blessés ou maltraités..
J'ai une expérience de 6 ans, dans le sauvetage et soigner les animaux et je m'y connais plutôt pas mal, au point aux les gens parfois pensent que je suis vétérinaire..Mes services :&nbsp;1- Ça me ferai plaisir me balader en compagnie de votre chien.. jouer au parc avec lui ou même l'éduquer avec des techniques de récompense sans lui faire peur.2- malheureusement actuellement je vis en colocation donc je ne pourrai garder vos animaux, mais par contre je pourrais les garder à votre domicile si vous êtes en voyage ou en vacances.3- j'offre des visites à domicile aussi, pour vérifier vos animaux quand vous les laissez seuls à la maison, je pourrais remplir leur gamelles, nettoyer la litière et jouer avec eux.

I love animals and always enjoy their company. I have a dog of my own and enjoy walking them and spending time with them. I am a big walker and hiker and enjoy spending times outdoors. I can take your dog for any sort of walk they require and will ensure they have a good experience with playing and training if you would like. I have experience looking after others dogs anywhere from 1 day to 1 month. I have trained 2 of my own dogs as well as helped friends with theirs. I love spending time with any sort of animal and will ensure they are hapoy and well taken care of. The pets do have to be vaccinated but not neutered for me to take care of them. I am open to all ages and sizes. I am also open to them socializing with my chocolate lab or if it it your preference, I can keep them separate too. The dog walks will be catered to only your puppy.&nbsp;

I offer dog walking, boarding and in home visits. I will only board dogs from 1 household at a time to ensure they get all the attention they need! I normally walk dogs anywhere from 30min - 1 hour, 2-3x a day, depending on the dogs needs! I am able to administer medications as well as take them to any services they require. I can also assist with training if you would like! I am available in the evenings and weekends. I also work from home on Friday and am able to offer them attention all day. I would only be able to board or look after pets during these times. I live in a single family home with my parents and my brother and we have a fully fenced back yard with plenty of space. There are also many parks around and areas for off-leash and on-leash activities. The guest pets are able to explore our house and yard and can be inside or outside, as per the owners wishes!
