"She was extremely communicative and made sure that we were always aware of our cats' well-being, disposition, and the state of things in our home. Valérie also brought in parcels left by the post and took care of our plants. She played with our cats, she made sure that the automated feeders were in proper working order, and she always looked for signs of every cat, even the extra shy one, sending us pictures from every visit. The pictures gave us ease of mind, and we looked forward to them on the days we knew she would do her visits. The litter boxes were very well-taken care of, very neat and tidy. She offered to donate her fees to a charity of our choice.
We are supremely satisfied with Valérie's care and we hope that if we need her help again, she will be available. We readily recommend her without any hesitation to anyone in the area who might want home visits. Thank you, Valérie!"

"Plus que parfaite voilà comment je décrirais mon expérience avec Anna. Habituellement quand je donne une note d’appréciation d’un service rendu je donne quasiement jamais une note parfaite car, je me dis, que la perfection n’hésite pas, qu’il y a toujours une façon de s’améliorer. Mais honnêtement pour Anna, tout a été plus que parfait. J’étais très inquiète de partir en voyage car mon chat a subitement été très malade peu de temps avant mon départ. Suite à cet épisode, il était encore vulnérable et devait prendre de la médication deux fois par jour. Anna a été plus qu’aux petits soins avec lui ainsi qu’avec mon autre chat. Je vous l’a recommande sans hésiter. Vous partirai l’esprit tranquille. "

"Marie-Ève a été une excellente gardienne et elle sera notre premier choix à l'avenir. Nos chats l'ont adorée, et même celui qui met du temps à s'habituer aux gens l'a laissé lui gratter le ventre dès la première rencontre !
Sa communication était fantastique. Nous avons eu des mises à jour quotidiennes incluant leurs humeurs, les choses à noter, des photos, et généralement des vidéos aussi. On voyait vraiment qu'elle aime profondément les animaux.
Marie-Ève a vraiment fait en sorte que nous nous sentions à l'aise en laissant nos chats pour nos vacances, et ils surveillent encore la porte pour sa visite même si nous sommes revenus!"

"Sarah took care of my cat Turbo while I was away for a few days. I was nervous because my cat is always looking to escape outside but Sarah managed him well, with of course the very needed help of a gentle water sprayer.

"This was my first time using the app and the service. And I was beyond satisfied with what Aijun provided.
The first meeting was super friendly, she asked a lot of questions to make sure she had all the things needed and available.
I made a pdf like a memo with pictures and info of my cats and things around the house to give her the most information. And she used it all :) she gave me daily updates on my cats, we communicated regularly to answer questions and provide help.
She went above and beyond with her service. Helped maintain the house clean, watered my plants, took my mail, and took great care of my cats. The true sign they loved her is that they let her pet them and brush them. 2 out of my 3 cats are old, lazy and prefer their solitude (and are very shy). And yet she was able to send me pictures and videos of her brushing them and petting them. It was heartwarming and appeasing knowing they were loved when I was away and far from home.

"Nous avons confiés mes deux animaux, Félix notre chat et notre petit chien Ti-loup. Elle s’est occupé d’eux avec beaucoup d’amour. C’est une personne exceptionnelle et douce, à l’écoute des besoins.
