"Kate and Rimas were great cat sitters. They responded quickly after the first request to book and gave us constant communication while they were taking care of our cat. Not only did they follow the directions we set for feeding/caring of the pet, were also conscientious of our home and made sure the cat food dishes were cleaned and that scooped litter was removed. They also played with our cat and sent plenty of pictures of her when were away which was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to book Kate and Rimas again and gladly recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitter in the area. "

"Bonnie took care of our 3 cats for 2 weeks during our vacation. Knowing she was watching our fur babies as well as our home during our absence put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy the vacation with no worries. She sent photos and updates and even managed to get cuddles from our very standoffish calico who normally does not like people outside of the family. "We were fortunate to have Maddy take care of our cat, Lio, for the second time, this time for a period of 3 weeks during our vacation.
Maddy is a genuinely caring individual who made Lio very comfortable and friendly with her. She treated Lio like her own, ensuring he was well-fed, had fresh water, and received grooming when needed. Most importantly, Maddy played with Lio enthusiastically, keeping him happy and engaged.
Having her mother as a standby cat sitter gave us even more peace of mind. We highly recommend Maddy to anyone looking for a trusted and dedicated pet sitter without hesitation!

"This is the fourth time Myriam has watched our two cats and as always, we were very happy with her service. This time we were gone for almost two weeks (the longest we have been away from our cats so we were anxious). There was no need to be - Myriam took such wonderful care of the cats and sent us daily photos (she takes the best cat photos). The cats were well cared for and she takes the time to get to know their personalities and play with them. It really put our mind at ease during our vacation knowing the cats were being well taken care of. Thanks again!"

"Initial contact was simple and quick. She got along well with my friendly cat and gave the space needed to the shy one. I received regular updates while I was out of town and was happy to see that my cats received the necessary care. The key handovers (before my absence and after my return) was very easy too!

"Ashley took care of our cat Augustine twice this summer during daily home visits.
We agreed on an ideal time range for the visits, and Ashley visited daily on the agreed time.
Communications were excellent both times. I had daily news and photos after each visit, and Ashley reported back on some details as appropriate (when our cat was more or less playful or hungry, etc.). Ashley also gave our cat her daily meds. This is something we had been concerned about prior to having a pet sitter. It was really smooth with Ashley right away, so we’re very happy 😊.
I trust Ashley with our cat and highly recommend her for home visits."

"I cannot say enough good things about Giacomo! From our first meeting, I found him to be exactly the kind of person you want to look after your pets. We were going on a holiday in Portugal for eight days and immediately booked him to cat sit before someone else snapped him up! First, he took the time to meet my two cats and was very attentive when I went through their day to day routine. You could tell he just loves animals. One of our cats requires medication mixed with her food twice daily. When we arrived in Portugal, I received a message from Giacomo that the fob we gave him wasn’t working. He did not panic! Because of the time difference, I was not able to get back to him in time for his first visit. He was very quick thinking and buzzed random people in the building until someone let him in! He was very quick to communicate with us over the next couple of days and we coordinated with a neighbour who he had to contact ahead of each visit to have them meet him and let him in. Needless to say, this was a lot of extra work for him. It took a couple of days to sort things out before we got his fob reactivated. He was so good about it! In his communications, he let us know how sweet our cats were and how much he was genuinely enjoying them. Some days, rather than visiting twice, he would stay and our cats had him around all day. One msg we received said one of them was sitting on his lap for 2-3 hours a day. The other was rolling over so he could rub her belly! As a result, we had absolutely no worries about how they were doing, leaving us to relax and thoroughly enjoy our holiday. He sent a message during his last visit to check to make sure we were arriving on schedule and offered to do additional visits if we were delayed. How responsible and thoughtful! When we returned, our cats were of course happy to see us but for the first few days you could tell they missed Giacomo. He left us with a very high standard of care to live up to! Any animal would be very lucky to have Giacomo look after them. "

"My regular cat sitter was unavailable so I needed someone new to look after my cat Benson. I’m so glad I found Vanessa! Vanessa is a warm, friendly and reliable pet sitter. She took care of Benson exactly as I would so I wasn’t worried about leaving him. She even cleaned up his feeding area without being asked (Benson can make a mess when he eats). "Saranya has been a Godsend for our three kitties, two out of which are extremely skittish and scared due to being rescues. Saranya visited them timely, ensured their food and water was amply filled, and litter box properly cleaned. She sends lots of updates from her visits, and will even send pics of the cats when she sees them or if they come close for pets (which they have now started doing regularly as they trust her a lot). Sometimes she will spend extra time with the cats as well to ensure they get lots of pets and kisses. She is very kind and truly loves animals, and it shows in how they reciprocate with showering her with their trust. We have been able to leave town knowing that our cats will be well taken care of in her presence."

Lisa’s twice daily updates and photos put me at ease. She was so patient with my cat who can be shy with new people. Lisa knew how to handle his shyness and they were best buds in no time! "One of our main concerns with traveling on a vacation was what to do with our cat. She is a shy and anxious kitty. We thought about boarding her but with consideration to her personality, thought it would be best to have someone come in and visit her in our home.
We found Samy on Pawshake and couldn’t have been happier with how she has helped us. She was willing to come to our house before we left and get introduced to our cat. While we were gone Samy sent us updates after visits with pix included. Samy was punctual and attentive.
