"Aurélie took excellent care of our two cats. We received messages and pictures while we were away. The cats were happy and everything was clean an organized when we came back. (One cat needs medicine 2x/day and she had no problem with this.) I highly recommend her!"

"J'ai été la première cliente de Morgane et même si au départ je voulais engager une gardienne qui avait déjà beaucoup d'avis positifs sur Pawshake, je me doutais bien que Morgane allait très bien s'occuper de mon chat craintif.
Lorsque j'ai lu dans sa description qu'elle avait assisté à des ateliers avec l'éducateur, et qu'elle est famille d'accueil avec le même organisme que le mien, je savais qu'elle est bien expérimenté puisque j'avais moi-même beaucoup appris sur les chats en étant famille d'accueil avec le même OBNL. C'était assez pour me convaincre que c'est une personne qui a à cœur le bien être des animaux et qui est en plus bien renseignée sur les comportements félin.
Elle a réussi à sortir mon chat de sa coquille dès le premier jour et a pu faire des tours de "Hi five" avec lui :) Elle m'a envoyé des nouvelles avec photos et vidéos à chaque visite et a même passer le balai autour de la litière sans que je lui demande 😅. Franchement, je vous la recommande fortement et je n'hésiterais pas à lui redemander de garder mon chat! Merci encore Morgane 😄🫶🏻"

"This was our first time using Pawshake to find a petsitter and so we were not sure what to expect but we could not have been happier with the service Mylene provided. "We are so glad we found Jean-David! We left our very shy cat in his care for 2 weeks and we had great results. We have had problems with her not eating while we are away, or hiding under the bed, but with Jean-David’s patient and gentle demeanour, she quickly became friendly with him. We noticed she was not as stressed as with previous vacations, and her appetite was much better. She even cuddled with him when he came to visit! Our vacation was so much more relaxing knowing our cat was well cared for!"

"Ariane is very pleasant kind and smiley person. You can feel right away that she loves animals. Ariane was taking care for my cats for 2 weeks. She is trustworthy, responsible and organized. Her attention to details is spectacular. After each visit I received a detailed explicit report about my cats' health, mood and activity level. Ariane sent me plenty of pictures as well. One of my cats was “acting out” and using a bathtub instead of litter box. Ariane was so kind to deal with extra cleaning. She was checking my mail, emptying the garbage bins, making sure that there was no any leakage under the sinks and window frames. I came back from vacation to clean home with happy healthy cats. I am glad that I found Ariane. I was spending my time away from home with peace in mind. I would use Ariane's service again for sure. My two “furry babies” and me definitely recommend Ariane as a cat sitter!"

Before my vacation Lise came to my house to meet with me and the cats, she was very thorough and friendly, making sure all the bases were covered.
The cats warmed up to her very quickly as evidenced from the many pictures she sent. I was very impressed how she won over our very shy alley cat, he’s usually very scared and will hide but he even let her pet him, huge progress!
She also watered my plants and took the mail inside.
When we were away the basement of our house got flooded by a water main break and there was 15cm of water everywhere. Lise contacted me right away and even stayed longer to make sure the cats were safe cared for, she took pictures and videos for our insurance, took our belongings upstairs to dry them and communicated with the landlady. She handled everything so professionally and with care.
I couldn’t have wished for a better pet sitter and we’ll absolutely book her again when we’re out of town.
10/10 recommend !"

"Tatjana took care of my bunny for almost 2 weeks. She was extremely caring and conscientious. I received daily updates with photos and videos from Tatjana. My bunny Ella was happy and healthy upon my return. I highly recommend Tatjana and will certainly use her again.
