"We purchased two kittens from the SPCA in Cochrane a year ago and had never thought about who could watch them when we went away on a vacation ? When we decided to go away we asked our family members if anyone could cat sit while we were away and the ones who did have time to watch them unfortunately have allergies to cats so after looking at a couple of cat sitting options we decide to try Pawshake as the sitters and prices were within our budget. We were a little worried to leave our cats with a stranger because they had only been cared for by us and had not really been exposed to strangers. We carefully read all of the reviews and after some time we had decided to try Alexandria because she lives near by and she had many positive reviews. We called Alexandria and invited her over for a meet and greet with the kitties, they both immediately went to her and seemed to be very comfortable with her. We hired her from May 1/2025 to May 22/2025 We could not have been more pleased with her, she was very reliable with the two visits per day and with sending us daily pictures of them playing along with an update on their condition. We highly recommend using Alexandria and would not hesitate to hire her again the next time we are away.

"Sina was fantastic with visiting our two cats for a month! He sent consistent photos every day, and random videos where it was very evident how much they liked him, even our more shy cat. He was always very friendly and went above and beyond in keeping the house clean. We felt very happy to find such a reliable cat sitter for long vacations, and definitely will be booking again! "Sherry looked after my 5 year old rescue cat, Bagheera, for eleven days while I went on vacation. She sent me pictures and videos everyday while I was away. Bagheera looked happy and contented to have Sherry there and he enjoyed playing with her as well. She cleaned out his kitty litter everyday and when I came home everything was wonderfully clean. Bagheera was calm and happy when I came home. He really enjoyed Sherry’s visits. I would highly recommend Sherry as a reliable and conscientious cat minder."

"My cat is very attached to the person who cares for him and for the first day or two after I returned from my vacation, my cat was still waiting around and looking for Paula. "Maria Angela was a wonderful cat sitter to our fur baby. He's very shy but loved her immediately, she not only took great pictures of him but her report cards were detailed and accurate and she always messaged back right away. "Yan took great care of my kitten when I was away for a long weekend. She fed her on time, played with her, and cleaned her litter. She even cut her nails as a special request. My kitty is a very shy cat and doesn't bond easily with people but I could tell she bonded with Yan well during this time. Highly recommended!"
