I'm Kyle. One of my good friends has been doing PawShake for a while and recommended I join! I would love to be a solution to your pet-care needs :)

Note: I am located in UBC Wesbrook Village and walk to take care of PawShake clients - this means I only do a limited service area (Wesbrook or close by near UBC campus), so please if you are interested, check in with me regarding your address! thanks!

First a little about my services before getting into the personal details!

Services include:

Home Visits (cat & dog, can be multiple or intermixed!). 30-45 minutes is my normal planned stay, however I can certainly be flexible if you have an alternate request. In visiting your pets, I will gladly take care of feeding, play, human interaction, or 'beauty' needs (e.g. brushing, coat care) and take care of any cleaning-up (inside & outside) required.

Now that "that" is out of the way, you should know a little bit about me!

At the moment, we have two cats, our "girls", Felicity and Reya. Reya is a maine coon with a ton of personality, and "baby" Felicity is a shy and timid sweetheart. They couldn't be further apart personality wise. Reya loves everyone, but Felicity will hide from anyone except myself, she loves her daddy!

Despite just the two girls today, growing up, we've always had cats and dogs (generally at least 2 of each!). I've had big dogs (rotty's, shepards, labs) and small ones (shih tzus, terriers) and consider myself more than comfortable with any kind of pup! Additionally, we've been involved with foster cats and raising litters for the SPCA and other organizations over the past. My wife also worked at a cat shelter for a few years during her undergrad so we're both very experienced with cat care.

In the end, we love animals of all kinds and I'd love to be a solution to your pet-sitting needs! Expect someone who's willing to give your pets attention, care, playfulness, and ultimately be reliable and in contact with you while you're away!
