My name is Alix and I am 26 years old. I wanted to get into pet sitting for a couple reasons.

1. I'm currently a University student working towards a degree in recreation. I am halfway through my practicum with the City of Edmonton and pet sitting seemed to be a great way to set my own work hours outside of mandatory school work.

2. I've always had dogs growing up and I love animals. I'm one of those people that would rather sit with the dog at parties! I jump at the opportunity of taking care of any family member's pets because I love being around animals. (Cows are my ultimate favourite)

A few more things about me. Rugby is my passion. I play for the University and I coach at the Alberta level. I'm organized and believe in a job well done every time.
