My philosophy of cat care is built around understanding their individual needs and instincts. Daily photos and updates are a core of my services – as a fellow pet guardian, I deeply understand the anxiety around leaving your companions alone and feeling reassured that they are well looked after.

My visits are a minimum of half an hour and in addition to feeding, changing of water and scooping of litter and other basic care activities, the "hunt and catch "of playtime will be front-and-centre of every visit and as much affection as they will comfortably allow. Any specific instructions for food, medication and playtime will, of course, be followed.

I am a store lead/adoption coordinator with a GTA-based cat rescue. This role has honed my experience in reading cat behaviour and adjusting to them one-on-one. Our rescue deal with everything from surrendered housecats to strays and ferals, so all manner of cats have crossed my path, and I can unequivocally say they have all been fantastic. I'm passionate about helping each cat be their best cat and want to transfer my passion and skills to look after your cats.

I live in the High Park/Roncesvalles area, playground to many an adorable dog! I am guardian to current residents "Uncle George" Carlin and Tig, who were recently adopted by me and my wife after fostering them for two months. Our previous cats – Vicious Delicious, sister Trixie Delicious and the inimitable What What – left us far too soon. Vicious lived with kidney failure for over five years, requiring subcutaneous fluids and twice daily oral medication, so I am comfortable and experienced if your cat requires medication.
