I live in a quiet neighbourhood and 3 level home. House is large enough so animals have plenty of places to play. If they want, pets could sleep in my bedroom on my bed, downstairs in the living room on the couch or floor or in the basement if they preferred, they can go anywhere they please. No backyard but I have a small front yard area and back patio area. If we go out on the patio, it is gated and fenced in on both ends, very secure, the animal never leaves my sight regardless. There are also a few parks in the neighbourhood, if they are off leash trained the parks are quite big and normally pretty quiet so I love to take them for a nice run in the park. Walks are normally 30mins-1.5hrs if we're just walking around the neighbourhood. I find that a nice walk sometimes relieves the stress of being in a new place, also some say a tired puppy is a well behaved puppy. If the dogs aren't up for lots of walking I won't force them to go very far, just enough for a bathroom break and to stretch their legs a bit.

I've got lots of toys and treats at home too so we can have lots of fun playing with those. I am not working right now so I am home full-time and able to spend lots of time with your pet.

I graduated as a veterinary assistant and am looking to become a professional dog trainer focusing on aspects of behaviour, agility and guide dog training. I have grooming experience as per part of the veterinary assistant program, if you would like me to give your pet a nice brushing just let me know I'll be happy to do so. I did my placement in college at a reptile zoo and loved every minute of it. I have worked in pet stores as well as volunteered at various animal shelters. My family has it's own business in pet supplies/ farm supplies so I have owned and cared for animals my whole life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles and I would love the opportunity to spend time with and care for your pet. Although I love any and all animals my absolute favs are, blue tongued skinks, Maine coons, pugs, and Himalayans and Belgian malinois. I also took English and western horseback riding lessons, another passion of mine. Working with animals has always been my dream.
