Hi, my name is Raquel, and I would love the opportunity to care for your dog. I am a proud owner of a one-year-old Shiba Inu and have developed a genuine love and understanding of dogs through daily care and training.
I prioritize maintaining routines, building trust, and creating a calm, positive environment so every dog feels safe and happy in my care. My walks typically include scenic and dog-friendly locations such as Tynehead Trail, Forsyth Dog Off-Leash Area, and Bear Creek Park.
Through my experience, I have become reliable, patient, and attentive to each dog’s unique personality and needs. I incorporate both playtime and socialization, always adjusting to your dog’s comfort level. 

As part of my dog-walking service, your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I am prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently by quickly assessing your dog’s condition and removing them from any immediate danger. I can provide basic first aid, such as applying pressure to minor injuries, keeping your dog comfortable, and monitoring for signs of distress. In the event of a more serious situation, I will contact you immediately and ensure your dog is taken to the nearest veterinary clinic without delay. You can feel confident knowing that your dog is in attentive, responsible hands, and that I will keep you informed every step of the way.

 I currently work part-time as a dental assistant while continuing my studies, and pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule. I am committed to providing a safe, calm, and loving environment where your pet’s well-being always comes first.
For your peace of mind, I also provide regular photo updates during walks and visits. I am comfortable caring for small (1–15 lbs) and medium-sized (15–40 lbs) dogs.
