I absolutely adore cats! My wife and I have a 10-year-old Domestic Shorthair rescue at home, and I would love to take care of your cat(s) and and give them all the attention and play that they ask for. Let me love your cats!

How I started catsitting:

I had to relocate to Toronto last year and our cat was staying with my wife in the US for the time being, so I missed seeing fuzzy little loaves of dough! I found catsitting as the perfect way to get frequent interaction with cats while I was here.

Why I love catsitting:

Though I’ve now reunited with my own cat, I continue to catsit because I have found so much joy in meeting all kinds of people and their feline pets. It’s really special to see the bonds that my clients and their cats share. It’s also very rewarding for me to watch the progression as cats become more comfortable around me on repeat visits.

My experience:

I have fostered pre-adoption kittens as well as senior adult cats, and have experience feeding oral medicine. I have also had my own cat for many years and I know how to please cats on their terms, like treading gently during the first meeting. My wife and I have often needed to get catsitting services for our cat when we travel so we know exactly how it feels to be away from our furry baby, and what a good catsitter looks like. 

My catsitting services:

I'll happily feed your cat, play with them, cuddle with them, scoop their litter, refresh their water, and anything else you need me to do. I’ll be sure to send many photo and video updates during each visit, and ensure that your cat is well taken care of. If there are other little things that you need while you're away, such as watering plants or picking up mail, I'm happy to help as well!

About my bookings:

I do not have a car so I would only be able to take visits within walking distance or near TTC stations.
