Experienced Cat Sitter | Medication & Insulin Care | Downtown Montreal

Hi everyone, I’m Gina, I am generally available every day after 5:00 p.m., including evenings and weekends. Depending on the date, I may also be available earlier with advance notice.

My services include feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, dog walking, playtime, companionship, and following each pet’s usual routine. I am comfortable administering oral medication and insulin injections, as I have experience caring for a diabetic cat. I can also monitor pets for changes in appetite, energy, or behaviour and provide regular photo and message updates.

For home visits, I can stay for approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your pet’s needs. During the visit, I can also water plants, bring in mail, and check that doors and windows are secure.

Dog walks are usually 30 to 60 minutes. I will walk dogs in safe nearby streets, parks, or along their usual route, based on the owner’s instructions and the dog’s comfort level.

For house sitting, I can stay in the owner’s home during the agreed hours and follow all household and pet-care instructions carefully. I will keep doors locked, avoid inviting visitors, respect the owner’s privacy, and send regular updates. I do not currently offer professional grooming or formal dog training, but I can provide basic brushing and reinforce routines already established by the owner.

I’m currently studying full time and working part time, so I am organized, responsible, and comfortable following detailed instructions.

I live in downtown Montreal near old port in a walkable neighbourhood with quiet streets, green spaces, and pet-friendly areas nearby. I can take dogs on walks around the neighbourhood or follow the owner’s preferred route and routine.

Pet sitting is meaningful to me because animals have always been an important part of my life. I understand how much trust it takes to leave a pet in someone else’s care. I treat every pet patiently and respectfully, and I do my best to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away.
