About Noreen
I have had dogs my whole life, from sled dogs growing up in the Yukon to medium to smaller dogs in the city, before I moved to my acreage in Bearspaw 20 years ago. I have always had dogs here but I just lost my last one, Natasha a beautiful rottweiler, who I really miss. I am semi-retired now, working mostly from home, and have the time and inclination to interact with dogs. I have lots of space, including a dog run, and like to go for walks, runs or bike rides in the area and could take dogs needing good exercise with me. I am comfortable around dogs of all ages and types and feel competant handling all breeds unless they are really poorly trained.
The day depends on the dog and my schedule. First thing usually out for a pee break, then breakfast, then outside for some exercise (I have 16 acres and lots of country roads). Back for a rest while I work on the computer. Afternoons are usually working in the garden with my canine "assistant" where they love going in the pond or doing some chores inside or out. Then dinner and relaxing for the puppy whether I am just hanging out too or have gone out. Always time in there for playing fetch or for dog buddy play if I have another dog.
Note, I do not do doggy day care or boardings for less than 2 days.
