I always had pets growing up (cats, dogs, bunnies, guinea pigs) and my love for animals has grown even more into adulthood. In addition to my many years of pet care experience, I also have experience in taking care of family and friends and I've done lots of volunteer work as well.

I have recently retired from a 32 year career in the public service and I want to spend my retirement doing something I am passionate about. Caring for animals brings me a lot of joy.

I currently have two cats of my own and both were adopted from shelters. Their names are Ginger and Hazel and I love them both dearly. They bring me comfort and affection and love me unconditionally. The beauty of having two furry best friends is that they will always be waiting for me when I get home, with a meow and a purr and that makes me very happy.

My promise to you is to care for your animals as if they were my own and give them lots of love and attention while you are away.
