"This was the first time using the app (and having a stranger look after our two cats and in our home), so we were a bit nervous. From Yawen’s first response, she put us at ease. In addition to how open, kind, and conscientious she was, she was always (from the first message) prompt and helpful. We loved that she shared photos of the cats each day and provided mini updates. One of our cats is very shy and rarely comes out of hiding for new people, but through Yawen’s patience and gentle approach, he came out to make friends after only a few days. "Michelle was absolutely amazing with my two small dogs. My one dog has behaviour issues and she was understanding and great with him! Michelle sent updates throughout the trip as I was anxious to leave the dogs with someone new. Michelle left my place tidy as well. "Kethlyn was amazing🌟she obviously loves dogs. She came and met JuJu first and we walked together. Then she showed up on time and stayed late because our flight home was delayed. She sent pictures and messages letting me know how everything was going. I will have Kethlyn sit for JuJu anytime we go away. She was even better than I had imagined. I trusted her completely in my home and with my Dog."

"We had the pleasure of having Sandhya care for our dog, Saya, from 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM on July 9th. It's not often you feel comfortable inviting a complete stranger into your home to look after your beloved pet—but with Sandhya, we felt at ease right away. "Alena was an amazing house/cat sitter for our elder cat who has multiple medication needs. She provided constant updates and got the cat to take all her medications – a feat worthy of an extra star if possible! "Mika and Kakeru did a great job taking care of our two bulldogs for a week. When we came back from vacation the dogs were happy and relaxed and our house was spotless. We had daily photos and updates pn how the dogs were doing so that we didn’t have to worry. It was clear that Mika loves animals, which I think is the most important quality you want in a sitter. "Rebecca recently looked after my pup for a week. This was my first time booking a pet sitter and I was beyond anxious about having a stranger in my home caring for my 14 year old pup while out of the country. Rebecca immediately eased that anxiety the moment we interacted. She has such a calm, caring and compassionate demeanour and embodies all the qualities you’d want someone watching your pet to have. She asks all the right questions to ensure she knows all she needs to care for your pet. She sent me photos and videos while I was away to assure me that all was well. She’s reliable and flexible with changing schedules. The fact that she made herself available on a holiday (thanksgiving) was so appreciated. She also took great care of my home and I left my place spotless. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and I’m incredibly thankful for how well she cared for Chase while away.
