"Zoé is very enthusiastic and conscientious. She clearly cares about animals and brings experience and ideas. I left Zoé with an incredibly complex situation (sick older dog on multiple new medications and an exuberant young puppy) and appreciate all her communication, care, and efforts to take initiative on both fronts. Zoé taking on cleaning the whole puppy area was above and beyond and very appreciated! I'm just sorting through what to continue vs change as we continue trying to get this puppy house trained! "

"Javiera looked after our two dogs while we were gone for the weekend and she did a wonderful job. She was very communicative about any issues and responded promptly to our texts. She followed the instructions carefully and asked questions as needed. She also tried repeatedly to get the dogs to play with her, which we appreciated! All in all, we were relaxed knowing that our dogs were in good hands and we will definitely ask her to take care of them again!"

"We hired Colin to look after our two cats and two dogs during the holiday season and were extremely pleased with his services.
Colin was reliable when adhering to their daily schedules and provided us with photos and updates on a regular basis. He also showed genuine care that was seen exhibited in the photos that were sent.
Finally, Coilin was very professional in how he looked after our pets and left the house in a meticulously clean manner.

"Five stars across the board!!
Yan was absolutely wonderful to have care for our three cats and house! She provided excellent care for the cats, was very attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The numerous photos she provided gave us a good indication of how things in the house were going, along with her narrative of how the cats were interacting with each other (with the change) and how they got along with Yan.
I would definitely recommend Yan for anyone who is looking for a caring, attentive and sincere pet lover!

"Hayley was a wonderful pet sitter for our two small dogs. We met in advance to review the pets needs and orient her to our home and review instructions for their care. This was our first big trip away in the past couple of years and we felt very comfortable with her care. Hayley communicated with us every few days with photos which was comforting. "Carla stayed at our house and looked after our cat for 8 nights while my husband and I were in Europe and she was AMAZING. This was our first time using Pawshake and I was somewhat apprehensive about the whole process, but she communicated with us on a regular basis, sent updates and pictures of our cat, and completely eliminated the stress of leaving our cat and house behind. Our house was perfectly neat and tidy when we got home and our cat didn’t even seem to have missed us. In fact, after we got home, I think he missed Carla! Carla is friendly, trustworthy, reliable and our cat loved her. We were impressed and super appreciative of the extraordinary level of service and commitment. We will absolutely continue to use Carla in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a cat sitter. "Tyler had a wonderful repoire with all of our fur gang, 6 of them; our guardian breed Pooch who is the boss even liked him and let him in the house !
The pet chores were done and our house was so clean when we returned !
The neighbour even complimented how he scooped every day !
The dogs were so happy to have a walk at a regular time, they let us know now when it is time for a stroll !

"Nicole was great with our pups. When she first met the boys, she was so affectionate toward them and they warmed up to her immediately, even our very nervous dog. Throughout the meet and greet, the way she interacted with our boys gave us complete confidence that they would be well cared for while we were away. While she was house-sitting, she gave us updates and replied promptly to any texts. She left our house clean and our dogs happy. We will definitely have her care for our boys again!"
