"We are super satisfied with the service offered by Rui. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation peacefully knowing that our cat Oscar was in good hands.
She took great care of him and took great care to follow all our instructions for his food and medications. She even knew how to find a solution for Oscar to take his pill every day even though it's difficult to give him even for us.
We also had regular news (morning and evening) and lots of photos. Rui was also available throughout the day if we had any questions.
In addition to taking great care of Oscar, she took good care of our appartment and it's a pleasure to return from a trip to a clean house.
We have nothing but compliments to say about Rui's service and will definitely recommend her to our loved ones. We will also do business with her for our next vacation with pleasure."

"Valène a été absolument incroyable. Elle a fait preuve de patience car mon chat n'était pas facile au début mais ça ne l'a pas découragée, elle a su me rassurer et en même temps elle a pris le temps de s'adapter à mon chat et finalement ils sont devenus les meilleurs amis. Ça n'aurait pas pu être possible sans son calme face à la situation m, sa patience encore une fois et surtout son amour pour les animaux. Je la recommande à 100%, vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés. "

"I hired Gloria for sitting my puppy dog for a night out. She was excellent, she arrived on time, she communicated through messages in the night, my dog was sleeping by the time I arrived, he even was sad that she left and hi was calmed for the rest of the night and morning after. Highly recommend her, she is excellent and will definitely hire her again. "

"I could not recommend Liam enough. We needed a sitter to look after our senior, disabled dog who is partially paralyzed. It's a big job as our (big) dog needs help to move around, eat, drink, and use the bathroom. Because of this, we're very particular about who we leave him with. From the very beginning, Liam was communicative, asking good questions about Hippo's needs. He gave our Hippo a ton of care and attention and was very patient with him. He really paid attention to what Hippo needed, adjusted his care based on how his medical condition was progressing, and sent us regular updates. We know Hippo got a ton of love and attention during his time with Liam. He also left our house clean and tidy, with fresh linens on the bed and fresh towels laid out for our return. I'd recommend him to anyone. "

Excellente communicatrice, elle a tout de suite pris ses marques. Elle s'est occupée de notre gros toutou pendant 3 semaines en habitant chez nous.

"Denis a été au top avec notre chien Senja (une boxer de 2,5 ans) et notre chat de 12 ans. Il s’en est occupé de chez nous, leur a donné beaucoup d’amour et d’attention. Des longues balades et de périodes de jeux pour Senja. On recevait chaque jour des petites photos ou vidéos. Pour eux aussi c’était les vacances !! On fera de nouveau appel lui à des prochaines vacances. On recommande Denis sans hésitation."

"Sridevi was great! She took great care of my cat Dale for an overnight stay. In very little time, Dale came out of her shell and followed her around the house, taking to her right away. Sridevi is conscientious, asking questions to be sure she had all the information she needs. And you can tell she loves cats. I recommend her services! She is Dale-approved :) "

"Stéphanie et Thomas sont venus garder notre chien et notre chat à notre domicile pendant 4 semaines. C’était la première fois que nous faisions appel à ce service et nous étions un peu stressés à l’idée de sauter le pas ! Mais ils nous ont complètement conquis. Ils ont pris soin de nos animaux et de notre domicile comme si c’était les leurs. Nous avons reçu des nouvelles et des photos très fréquemment, les échanges étaient très simples et ils sont d’une grande gentillesse !
Nous avons eu un dégât des eaux en notre absence et ils ont pris la situation en main, ont sécurisé nos affaires et nous ont tenu informé de tout !
A notre retour nous avons trouvé la maison dans un état impeccable !! Nos animaux ont tellement été choyés qu’ils doivent presque être déçus de nous avoir retrouvé 😂 !
En résumé nous recommandons les services de Stéphanie et Thomas les yeux fermés, vous serez chanceux de pouvoir compter sur eux, ce sont des perles !
