"We have a 2.5 years old standard poodle and this was the first time in his life that he was spending more than 3 consecutive days outside of our home being looked after by someone different than a family member. Everything went super well, Zhen updated us via the app on a daily basis, sending pictures and a few words to reassure us. Our dog spent a wonderful week at Zhen's farm, getting plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs on a daily basis. Zhen understands dog behaviour and psychology very well and it shows. He took the time to explained to me clearly how his daily routine with the dogs happened, the feeding and play time schedule as well as the relax times throughout the day before taking him in. He is very professional and reassuring. At the end of the 7 days stay with Zhen, my dog was happy to see me and his behaviour at home was exactly the same as before he left which tells me that he had a great time at the farm and was well treated and respected by Zhen and his family.
I highly recommend Zhen's dog boarding services. I have found the perfect dog sitter for my poodle and will use his services in the near future "

"Rachel is the BEST dog sitter that I ever had ! She took care of my basenji like no one else did before. She made her feel like home. She sent us nice picture every day. The communication was amazing . She replies right away to any questions or message . She is truly the best !! My doggy came back home with no stress, happy, like we never left.

"Je recommande fortement Eliott et Marine pour garder vos toutous chiens.
J'habite à Sherbrooke et je referai la route sans hésitations à chacune de mes prochaines escapades pour que mon cavalier king charles de 5 ans puisse également avoir de belles vacances adaptées et personnalisées.
Dès le premier contact, je me suis vraiment senti écouter et en confiance. Laisser un animal qu'on aime est si difficile mais, je sentais Eliott et Marine et total contôle de la situation. Je pouvais poser toutes mes questions, faire part de mes inquiétudes (c'était ma première utilisation avec l'application pawshake) et j'avais toujours des réponses complètes et détaillés.
Merci encore à Eliott et Marine pour leur flexibilité, la rapidité des suivis et surtout d'offrir aux petites bêtes un environnement à la fois calme, respectueux, rempli d'amour et personnalisé. Mon chien à également eu la chance de socialiser en douceur avec d'autres chiens.
Tout au long du séjour, Eliott et Marine envoient des nouvelles, des photos et des vidéos de vos animaux. Ils m'ont également mentionné à plusieurs reprises qu'à n'importe quel moment je pouvais leur écrire. Je n'avais jamais l'impression de les déranger. Ça enlevait un immense poids sur mes épaules de la savoir entres bonnes mains et donc je pouvais prendre mes vacances de 2 semaines l'esprit tranquille.
ils ont prix la peine de garder les habitudes de mon chien, de l'habillé avec ses petits vêtements et foulards pour sortir dehors. Mon chien est revenue vraiment sereine de ses petites vacances avec eux.
Je prévois d'ailleurs un prochain voyage cet été et je referai affaire avec eux, c'est certains!!

"Fannie a gardé nos 3 chats pendant nos vacances. C'était la première fois que mes chats se faisaient gardé chez quelqu'un pendant plus que quelque jours et on ne savait pas trop à quoi s'attendre comme temps d'adaptation de leur part. Il s'est avéré que nos chats sont une gang de peureux lol et ils ont pris plus long qu'on pensait à s'adapter au nouvel environnement. Fannie est une personne qui connait très bien les chats, elle respecte leur rythme et comprend leur comportement. C'était vraiment rassurant de savoir que mes chats étaient dans un endroit tranquil avec quelqu'un qui comprend leur langage et leur laissait le choix de l'approcher ou non. En plus, elle répondait toujours rapidement à mes questions. Quand nous sommes allés chercher les chats, tout le monde était en forme et ils étaient plein d'énergie quand nous sommes rentrés chez nous. Si vous cherchez quelqu'un qui saura prendre soin de votre chat timide ou anxieux, Fannie est super."

"Tristan was incredible dog sitter for our two doggies. Crystal as anxiety separation issues, an benz is a very energetic dog. But Tristan made them both feel like at home an sent us daily pictures, an we could see they where happy to be there. It was very comforting an reassuring being away for our 8 days.
