"Jennifer was fantastic! This was my first time using Pawshake or any online dog-sitting type of service so I was a little bit nervous leaving Don Julio for the weekend. Jennifer and her family immediately eradicated my concerns. We pre-met at her residence in the Roncy neighbourhood where I was put at ease even before the dogsitting weekend began. They are located on a quiet side street without a lot of car traffic and with a nice backyard. I knew my downtown dog would have more space and less foot and vehicle traffic to navigate like we do from home. Day 1 of the doggy-sit, Jennifer sent me multiple pictures of Don Julio having fun with her children and family in and outside. She also sent regular updates and responded quickly to any of my messages. When I got home to pick him up although happy to see me I could tell my pooch was also sad to leave his new friends. He crashed hard that same evening from a fun-filled weekend, with lots of attention, walks and love. Jennifer will be my new regular caregiver for my little Frenchie. Thank you so much Jen and family."

Initially, I was apprehensive about leaving my beloved Minka with strangers through this app, but Bilge and Kilian quickly put my mind at ease. They were incredibly attentive, courteous, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Their level of care and affection towards Minka was evident, and they kept me updated with frequent pictures and updates while I was away. "Today we picked up our dog after 5 days with Celia . My husband and I were happy to choose Celia as a sitter for our small dog Nina ( shitz/poo )
Celia knew that I was a little apprehensive because I did not how a new person was going to treat my dog and care for her. For us it was the first time we got a dog sitter and actually we were happy with our choice . We got pictures by text message to see how is Nina was doing. My husband and I were enjoying our vacation knowing that she was in very good hands..

"This was my first time using pet sitter and we left our 1yr old cat Oreo with Zoei. It was the best decision ever. She sent me pics and videos of Oreo everyday and kept us updated regarding his daily activities. She took great care of him, played with him, helped him with some exercise too.

"What immediately sold me on Lauren for my boy was her obvious affection for him. He is a strong dog with major aggression issues towards other dogs and my biggest fear was him getting away and getting in a fight with a dog and getting hurt/lost. Lauren set our minds at ease by walking him with us during our meet and greet so we could see her with him. She was endlessly patient about answering questions and I could see he had been well cared for and happy. I appreciated the udates and her flexibility with our schedule! We couldn't ask for more, we'll book again!!"

"I am so grateful to have found Susan as my pet sitter. She is a very caring and honest person who truly loves animals. My Yogi stayed with her for a week and I must say he was extremely well looked after. She kept me up to date on a daily basis with pictures and notes, so I knew Yogi was having a much fun as my family on our vacation. "I left my dog Holly with Shanvi for 2 weeks while I was on vacation and I couldn't be happier. Shanvi kept me updated daily with pictures and videos and I could tell that Holly was settling in with Shanvi and her sisters and getting lots of love and care. They treated Holly like a member of their family and even took her for photos with Santa! To know Holly was so comfortable with Shanvi was a big relief since it was Holly's first time with a sitter she didn't know and can get anxious when I'm away. I would be happy to leave Holly with Shanvi again. Highly recommend."

"Chrissy looked after our Jasmine (7yr, 65lbs, rescue) for nearly a month over the Christmas period while we travelled to Australia.
She was so wonderful, kept us updated with photos from all their adventures, looked after Jas when she got an upset tummy, and generally loved her and kept her very happy while we were away.
